Listen, this is my second one. My husband loves it soooo much! The first one, there’s a pin or screw that came out and the fell off. So I returned for another. This one, June 2019, has worked until a week ago. My husband tried to figure out what the problem was. He said, send it back. Later, I picked it up and looked in the open lid. There are four tiny metal pieces that should be against the inner wall, not bent over into the middle. If you push your cigar into the lighter, you’ll break the tiny prongs off or bend them in-wards. I took a toothpick and gently pushed them back and BAM! Lites great!!!!!!! Low stars for quality and headache but he’s happy!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If your buying this lighter because it shows a beautiful red flame while burning, don’t waste money or time that only lasts about a week as you can see in the video otherwise it’s OK lighter I use it like my cigars. It’s pretty windproof.

It caught on fire while lighting it after about a months worth of use while I was in my living room. After immediately dropping the fireball on the carpet I had to pick it back up again (burning my hand), luckily my kitchen has ceramic tile which I through it on until it the remaining fluid burned up (about a minute later).
