I took a chance on the reviews I read and purchased the Pink and Blue set. I was concerned that it might be one of those items that when you lay it down it would just roll away and never come back. Having a slight protruding striker button prevents it from escaping. This torch has a real solid feel to it. If you shake it hard it doesn’t make any rattling noises like most lighters and torches do. I don’t recommend going around and shaking the hell out of it. I use it for one thing only and it gets “fired-up” many times a day, so to speak. So far it has lit every single time without fail. I really like the flame height adjuster. Normally the adjuster valve is a flush slotted screw that is always difficult to adjust. This difficult adjustment was eliminated by the designers who had a small handle that is flat on the bottom but it swings outward to facilitate the adjustment of the flame. A nice touch, design team. The one and only possible complaint or little gripe I have is a trivial one but a gripe, nonetheless. I even have a suggestion for the design team to fix it. The fuel tank window is small as expected but it is recessed slightly into the surrounding incasement of the cylinder which happens to be black. So with tiny viewing window and black “shutters” it makes for seeing the fuel level extremely difficult even in adequate light. So my design change recommendation is to place a tiny pinhole on the opposite side of the window. By doing this it would allow the person looking into the gauge an optical bearing and a micro light port which would allow enough light to see the fuel level. It is an incredibly simple fix to a dark area and like I said, this is really not a problem just a tiny thing that would make this torch go from a 98% to 100%, in my opinion. I hope that this torch continues working the way it has, so far, for a long time to come. I highly recommend this torch set. The price is right and the time is NOW, so quit reading the reviews and put it in your car now!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Eh, I don't know. There's a lot of splashback when you fill it, and the entire bottom of the lighter was white from the butane. It took maybe 4-5 pumps to fill it. When I lit it for the 1st time, the flame was almost the length of the lighter and took a while to die out after I let go of the trigger. And eighth of the tank was emptied in that one strike. I cranked it down and it was performing like normal. It does take a couple strikes to light, even though the butane is full and the flame is at an appropriate level. I do like the color and the shape of it. I have large hands so having a lighter this size is great. Seems to stay lit and it lights my incense pretty fast.

These don't make a loud clicking sound. Being able to adjust the flame is a perk. They do seem to not light at all on lower settings however. The flame can grow long enough to light a candle that has burned down where a regular lighter wouldn't reach, yet be used for occasions when a smaller flame would suffice. They are durable, and have larger tanks for the butane, so you aren't constantly having to refill. Easy to use and are lightweight.

Second time buying these for work. I use them often but their life is only about 9 months- 1 year and then the butane stops coming out of the lighter. They’re cute and cheap but reliability isn’t their forte.

These are not reliable they worked great, until after I refilled it for the 2nd time! I Did what I was supposed to do while refilling it! i let all of the extra gas out of it and then I filled it up how it says to and it doesn't want to stay lit, it takes 20 clicks more or less to light it! Then it runs out of butane Very quickly.
