The bracket is made of chip soft metal and it bends under its own weight. I had to put extra brackets under it to make sure it doesn't fall. The front is open and there's no cable management.

This is so cheaply made its definerly not worth $400. It’s made of press board that you have to construct your self. The pre-drilled holes don’t line up well and the holes they pre drilled for the wood dollies aren’t drilled deep enough so when you press the two pieces together the Dollie goes right through the shelf- ruining it. ... show more

This item is misleading. There are two laminated pieces, top and bottom of cabinet. THERE IS NO GLASS OR MIDDLE! Totally a dust collector. And you can’t see anything in it. If it wasn’t LED LIT and the colors weren’t there, it would just be an expensive shelf. The slit is too small. I would never put a TV on it. You must catch a stud in any case. I hung it ( had Amazon technician do it) in the living room as purely an accent piece. It is VERY heavy MDF. The LED light was broken but the manufacturer sent another quickly. So, if it was half the price, I would have been very happy with it but at the price (almost $400), would not buy again. ... show more

Perfect compliment to a 65" - 80" wall mounted TV with all cables in the wall for a clean clutter free installation. This product had far superior cam type fasteners, and l type support brackets and the wall mount bar and adjustable brackets for attaching cabinet to this bar are top notch and made for easy and fast installation. The LED lighting makes it easy to see what is going on in the cabinet, yet is a subtle nightlight. The front door is hinged to lift up, but will not stay up, so it is awkward and difficult to arrange equipment in cabinet. The solid lower front cabinet facing board can interfere with the remote and control box communicating and I had to put a spacer under the cable box to lift it up to center in the opening to be able to see the indicator light on it and for remote to work consistently. The final install looks very elegant with very clean line and, no cable or wires can be seen. ... show more

I'm my experience, with furniture, you get what you pay for. If that holds true, this product is about mid range as it relates to pricing. As expected, it's the typical chip board with an inexpensive covering. The construction is fairly sturdy. However, the system to actually attach to the wall is very poor. In concept it could have been well done. Unfortunately, the track which is mounted to the wall (which the cabinet hangs from) is too light Guage. It bends so easily it's impossible to use the adjustable hangers to pull the unit up tight to the wall. As a result, the cabinet won't hang level and there is a large gap between the top edge and the wall. Don't plan to set anything heavy on this.... Certainly not a TV. ... show more

This is not a floating shelf. Its a floating piece of garbage. It is the worst thing Ive ever bought. The LEDs have a short in them and only work when held a certain way. The shelving unit will not stay on the wall. I have other floating shelves and they stay right where I put them. So far I have 3 L brackets plus the the bracket it comes with and its still sagging. I am going to put more on top of the unit but Im not sure if its going to work. not sure what else to do. The instructions are ok on putting it together. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more
