    • Lots of surprises when it gets to you.
I am leaving good stars because I really like the lift now that it’s working properly. I am however going to tell you what the seller does not. 1. You need to rent a forklift to get it off the truck and into your garage. They do not offer lift gate service. This thing weighs 1000 lbs and even 4 people can not lift it. 2. You need a medium sized air compressor to run it. 10 gallon 100 psi at least. This has to be connected at all times so buy a long hose to move it away from lift. 3. You need a dedicated circuit to plug it in. Any receptacles on the same circuit will immediately trip the breaker when you run it otherwise. 4. The included hoses are very short. You will need a longer hydraulic hose and accessory lines and fittings to move control box away from unit and car on lift. 5. It slides when you drive car in and off. Buy some rubber mats to place under it. 6. It takes 3 gallons of hydraulic fluid. You have to buy it yourself at auto store. $120 for 5 gallons. 7. It barely allows clearance for lower sports cars. My Porsche 911 only fits without the rubber stomp pads. Which is not ideal for the car. 8. If it breaks you have to fix it. They do not offer at home service calls. They did however send me the parts for free that were not working correctly. 9. There is no returns once you receive it. Even if it doesn’t work at all as mine did. I had to call the tech line and trouble shoot the issue and they sent me the parts. 10. There is a knob inside panel that needs to be set correctly to 1 or 2 seconds or locks will not engage. Also a pressure valve inside unit that must be set to 40 to 50 psi for locks to engage. 11. The included wheels to move lift around are a joke. To get them on you have to lift unit off the ground about 10 inches, using a pry bar and small jack. Even with them on it takes two people to move it around because of the size and weight. 12. After you buy all the needed stuff and have a dedicated line run by an electrician you will have spent another $1000 to have a working properly lift. There you go.
