I purchased this bipod for my precision rifle. It is a great bipod. Mounted up easily and is very sturdy. The tilt adjustment is easy to use and being able to simply pull out the adjuster arms to place it in whatever position you want is a Greta addition to other bipods. The legs lock up at 90 degrees and also at about 45 degrees in case you needed a lower height. The legs extend and retract easily, but feel sturdy in whatever position you place them at. Don’t waste your money on all the cheap polymer bipods. Spend a few bucks more and get this quality bipod. It will serve you well and is well worth the price. ... show more

A bit expensive for the three bipods that I've bought, but this is very nice. I love the quick deploy legs. The fit & finish are excellent. I love how the green pops. Looked over the instructions but it to me a moment to figure out how to adjust the cant lever. When I locked it, the lever was pointing up to where my ARCA rail. Then I realized you push the button & this lets you index the handle, giving you near perfect adjustment relative to your rail system. Light, sturdy as hell, easy adjustments, actually one handed operation, a but more than I wanted to pay... but after a very long day at the range I don't have any complaints other than needing to hide the price from my old lady lol. There are obviously more expensive bipods out there, but I'd say this is the highest level before getting to that diminishing returns stage of spending. It is light and sturdy, and I love it. MDT is Good company and the pod seems well made, but has pretty big oversights. Although this is "budget" for MDT, it's still pretty dang expensive for the average person and these problems seem silly given the price. The ARCA adjustment works great on my factory Savage Elite Precision 110. I don't mind the "lighter" material choice since this is their "budget" model pod and they're clearly state what materials are used. As others have complained, the tilt handle is either cinched down tight or flopping all around. Can't find a good middle ground for adjustable but with a little muscle. No 45 degree in the rear position and I don't understand why they couldn't add it. You get three positions, open, closed and 45 degree muzzle end, why no 45 degree towards the user? Seems good so far. Only used it once and I have no intention of returning it. Using my buddies "Amazon special" pod, that he's been rocking for years, had me wondering why mine was so much expensive outside of a brand name. ... show more
