Comfy chair. Definitely worth the money

I do like this chair considering a more budget friendly and feature inclusive chair. It's not perfect but seems to offer a log at below $130 price point. I do like the adjustable arm rest height, optional and adjustable head rest and hanger accessory on the back and a backrest that can recline or lock in stright. When getting the box it only took me a few minutes to unbox and lay everything out. The assembly was pretty easy and headache free if you have a surface to use for parts of the assembly or perhaps a 2nd individual to lend a hand. I was done with the assembly in 20 minutes without any issues. During the assembly there were some notable things. Namely that the left arm rest wrapped with bag labeled L but right arm isn't so pay attention there. However if you miss this, the arm rest underside is labeled with a sticker and arrow pointing to front of chair and under seat cushion has similar label - so it should be easy to figure out L from R if you missed the initial packaging but pay attention to these details. Step 3 - 2 of 4 screws annoying due to tool not being big enough to clear the turn dial. This means you can achieve about 3/4 rotation before having to pull out the Allen key and reseat it for additional rotations. Had they just supplied a traditional L shape key or longer unit than what was provided then I think this could have been easier. But overall that may just add another minute to assembly and you only have to put this together once and then you forget all this and can enjoy a decent chair. The wheels on this work but are crummy. They squeek alot and don't glide well. I expected this on hardwood to a degree when I first assembled. But when I moved it to the carpeted office with a chair matt, it's the same thing and while it works, it's underwhelming and I may consider upgrading the wheels eventually. Don't get me wrong, it s a good chair for the price but still not perfect. I would want to rate this 4.5 because the price offsets most of my minor complaints but it still couldn't be 5/5 in my book even at this price with the wheels being a constant reminder to me when I move around.

This is a nice, not too large, gaming office chair. I got this for my sons room and it works well for him and he will be able to use it for a long time to come. The chair is comfortable and has a firm feel to the foam. It reclines nice and easily and the controls work well. The arms do fold up so you can push it under a desk. The information says they are adjustable, but outside of folding up to not use them they cannot be adjusted in anyway. No height adjustment or forward/backward adjustments. These hold the back to the base so can’t move. The only issues I have with the chair is that some pieces had minor damage, despite being wrapped really well. The arm has some deep scratches in it and the silver legs have some divots into the metal, not damaged finish but impressions like the mould was not smooth. This seems to be issues from the factory where quality control wasn’t up to par. I still like the chair overall though and the size and comfort are worth still using it. Once together its easy to not notice these defects but just note that it might not be a perfect finish.

I have never had an office chair that allows me to lean back this far. It is fabulous! They should call it a reclining office chair. The head rest bends forward so I can use it to rest my head on. I know, crazy, right!? Use the box it comes in to assemble the seat and arms. Just flip it upside down for the perfect stand. I really like the hangar on the back of the chair for jackets and hats. I had a problem with the tilt tension on my original chair. The company reached out to me after seeing my review and offered a replacement. Alternate color options were provided since the black one was out of stock. My replacement has gray back and seat mesh but otherwise the same black base. I am sure it would have been replaced sooner if I had done a better job clarifying my steps via email in full. They never gave up on my slow responses and frustration with the information lag. Great service!
