My response to Mcombo when I purchased one of the remotes for their poorly made lift chairs. They had the nerve to cancel my order and tell me that they are sorry instead of accommodating me and then ask me if they solved my problem!!: The information said that one item was available. I purchased it and I was told that it was being shipped. I received an email saying that it was no longer available! I'm a 71 yr old disabled person and I really needed the item! 1st of all your lift chairs are not put together well 😑! The screws constantly fall out of the part that lifts the chair and no matter how many times the screws are replaced they continue to come out or break! I purchased this Mcombo chair in 2019 and just a few months after purchasing it it began to be a constant issue. It was past the last day of return and I didn't purchase the warranty because it is too expensive. I referred you to a very dear friend and she purchased lift chair from you and she began to have issues too. She'd purchased the warranty however, it didn't cover repairing the entire issue so she would have pay out of pocket more than it'd cost to purchase another chair. Both of us are on fixed incomes and we're both disabled. She passed a couple of months ago which has nothing to do with the chair but plenty of times we struggled just to get up to the bathroom because we are both incontinent. I hurt in my body every where and I get cold a lot. I've already replaced the remote control to lift my chair because the cable came aloose from the remote like a cheap cell phone charger because it was poorly made. Now my son-in -law is changing the screws every day because they keep breaking. I've asked one of my daughters to purchase me another lift chair because I'm afraid that the screws will come out or break when I'm home alone and no one will be her e to help me get up like yesterday. I used the bathroom on myself for several hours because I was home alone with no one to help me get up. I cried because I felt so humiliated. You know that your products are poorly manufactured and parts need to be replaced so you should always have them available and not for a ridiculous price. I'd seen the remote replacement for the heat and massage but it was $90 plus dollars and could not afford to buy it. When I saw it was $25 and there was only one I felt like one of my so many issues with my chronic disease was solved and I would be able to have some and massage therapy for my painful body. I know that you can provide me with that replacement remote control but you'd rather send me a dear John letter as if it solves my problem with your product! It's not acceptable! I've read other reviews recently that people having the same experience and you are dealing with derly sick and disabled people. You are a cruel heartless company and I don't know how you sleep at night in peace when you are supposed to be providing a product that provides peace for a people who desperately want to be able to be comfortable and as independent as possible during our final days. You should invest in fixing the problems with your products and services. I will never refer you to any one again nor will I eve purchase any Mcombo lift chairs or products from you!! How damn hard could it be to provide me or others with the remote that I need?!!! You can do much better if you have the best interest of people at heart! However, it's obvious that you are only interested in making a secure financial future for yourself!!! You will definitely reap the seeds that you are sowing be The Most High has promised this for everyone, including me!! No one is exempt!!! No! You have not solved this problem!!!!

I bought this so my husband would be able to get himself up and out of chair. He has had a stroke, so he needs extra help getting up. No longer he can get up all by himself. I had my grandson come over and we watched the video together, so when the chair got here we would be ready. he had no problem putting it together. I looked all over town and all the chairs were in the 1500.0 range. So buying it from Amazon was a great savings. I do wish they would have had more information on how the control worked. We did figure it out, but a little heads up would have helped. I would buy this again.

Very comfortable! Really like all the features. Very nice to lay back with a beer, have a massage and watch TV. All the various wires were kind of slow going but everything works. Not really using the lift yet but preparing for the future :).

I bought this for my mother, she broke her shoulder and couldn’t sleep in the bed. This recliner chair is a life saver, now she can get up in her own with ease until she completely heals. Everyone must have something like this in their home. Delivered was fast and assembly very easy.

The idea was to replace my old, too-big-for-my-5'3" body, zero-support, back-destroying La-Z-Boy. The lift feature was not necessary, but since it was going to be the last chair I ever bought, I thought it might be handy in the future. While I was hesitant to buy a chair without "test driving" it, the reviews, both on and off Amazon, were so good and the price was right, so what the heck. If I had reviewed this chair in the first week, it would have been scathing. I was already predisposed to be ticked off because of the horrible delivery experience. I live in a 2nd floor condo in a building for senior citizens. Instead of buzzing me so they could bring it up on the elevator, the FedEx driver dropped the HEAVY boxes in the middle of our tiny lobby and ran. I am 70 with back problems. It took me and two other residents, even older than I am, to muscle it up to my condo. Assembly was pretty simple, but not easy for me. If you have back issues or trouble getting down on the floor, buy the assembly package or recruit someone to help. By the time I got it hauled up, unboxed and assembled, I was ready to sink into it and crash. No sinking happened. it is much firmer than anticipated. The first week was awful. Possibly because I had sat so many years without lumbar support, that my back rebelled. It’s been a few weeks and my lower back may feel marginally better, but it seems to be causing issues with my sitz bones. I don’t think I will ever actually find it comfortable. Mechanically, it does what it’s supposed to do. Does not recline far enough back and is not comfy enough to snooze. Foot rest does not come up quite far enough, and even before it gets to its highest point, the back starts to go back. I have found one semi-sweet spot that is *sort of* comfortable for a while – just exactly where the footrest is almost at full height and the back has barely begun to tilt. The massage and heat are barely worth mentioning, as they are just plain wimpy. Bottom line: This is obviously the bee’s knees for many people, but I’m not one of them. I regret that I did not buy a chair from a brick-and-mortar store so I could try it out first. There is no way I am willing to do what it takes to return it. I’ll keep it until I can afford to shop for something more suitable for me and/or hope this one gets less uncomfortable with time.

You do have to realize that it takes several moments for the chair to let you out. You can’t just jump up even if you were able.

I am a small person and I did not feel that the quality of the ‘plush’ seats was at all supportive to the degree I would like. The heating and vibration functions are also limited. I would expect a better product for the cost.
