The sofa is great- would recommend. Beware it arrives in 5 boxes and takes time to assemble!! The seller however has terrible communication and kept delaying shipping. Was told item was shipped, then back ordered, was given 6 tracking numbers only to find out it wasn’t shipped. This sofa and love seat look cheap but we needed it quickly. The electronics have already stopped working. We have traced all wires but without success. We took delivery late August and it is now early February. Lasted 6 months. I purchased a new sofa and loveseat today because again we have visitors coming in a month. What blew me away first thing is how soft the material is and how plush. The massaging and heat is perfect. Power recline is always nice. Can't beat having USB chargers built in.
