This chair is super comfortable, and is so feature-packed that it is fun to sit in, just to experience and try out all of the features--massagers, heating, lift up, almost-flat reclining, etc. Surprisingly, it was fairly easy to assemble, although the base is extremely heavy--be sure you have a helper to move it around to where you want it. The chair is well made and sturdy, and it fits perfectly where we wanted it to go. The nice big pockets on the side, and the two cup holders, as well as the other features and overall comfort, make this a chair that is perfect for our use. But if you are fully reclined and want to get up for any reason, be patient, because the motors are a bit slow.

I am super happy with this purchase. The chair was as easy to put together as the manufacturer says. It arrives in 3 boxes and one of the boxes arrived a day later–not too big a deal. When I message the manufacturer they replied right away. My father is very comfortable in this chair. His back is supported. He loves the massage feature and that this chair can fully recline. I hope it will be durable.

Our chair packages arrived three days apart, but it was just before Chistmas. The base is very heavy, I unpacked it on the porch and sort of walked it into the house. Assembly instructions are well written and assembly is very intuitive and easy. My wife who is recovering from surgery is very happy with the chair, she no longer needs help to stand up. The only problem I've had is "rehoming" the chair after a power outage. We live in a rural area, outages are not unusual. Fortunately the outage was momentary, we had to press the "Lift" button to return to home. The remote doesn't work per instructions but after repeated tries I finally got it to recognize home. Next time I'll try rebooting with the chair at home position. I have a battery on order to eliminate this issue in the future, especially during a prolonged outage. Even a computer UPS would be enough to return the chair to home position. This chair is comfortable well built, beautiful, and half the price of the one I bought from a medical supply twenty years ago. We are well satisfied.

I'm writing this review after owning this chair since 2023. I LOVE it! I've had it since I had a major surgery and needed it to help me go from sitting to standing and as a place to sleep during my recovery. Ever since then, this chair has been my best friend! I've watched tv in it, played video games in it, and enjoy it on nights when my bed just isn't getting me to sleep. The vibration functions still work very well, though the one at the feet has shifted over time. That and the heat are my favorite features. I also love the big pillowy arms, seat, and back that make napping in it enjoyable! The chair features a deep, zero-gravity recline feature that you will love so much for lazy days or when you're supposed to be "watching a movie together" but you're actually just going to sleep through it. The tilt is wonderful and takes you from sit to stand at a nice, slow and steady pace. The chair is a solid and sturdy piece of furniture and the fact that it has lasted me this long is entirely impressive! I never imagined it would have held up this long without any issues, but it surprises me every day! I have the terry/suede material version and it is so soft, comfy, and easy to clean. I tend to use the cup holders for storing my remote and there are side storage pockets for the two control remotes used for the massage and lift/tilt functions. This is just a great chair! Hands down the best chair I could have hoped for. It has more features for less money than most "top of the line" chairs.

Long review but I assure you it’s worth the read. We have to be careful with these third-party sellers and I feel Amazon should no longer allow this chair manufacturer, MCombo, to sell their products here anymore. There are known issues with the massage function on this chair, and instead of fixing it or removing the feature, they continue to sell their faulty products. It’s not right. I have gone thru TWO of these chairs… I ordered my first chair in February and received it Feb 24th. Super happy with it! It’s comfortable, soft and cushy, and I absolutely loved the heat and massage functions. However, after just one day, the massage function stopped working. I first reached out to Amazon: they issued me a full refund for the chair by means of an Amazon gift card so that I could purchase another “replacement” chair. Great! good customer service on Amazon’s part for sure! I was also told I could just keep the faulty chair; no need to return it- just throw it or donate it or whatever. I was pretty surprised by that and honestly wasn’t sure what to do with an extra chair. Anyway… I also reached out to the manufacturer/seller to let them know about the issue with this first chair. They chose to send me some parts to potentially fix the chair: a connecting box and new USB power supply. They gave me FedEx tracking numbers and everything. They said the USB supply is designed to supply power directly to the massager. They gave me some simple instructions and asked that I keep them informed on if their recommendation solved the issues.’ I had high hopes it would! Unfortunately, it did not. In the meantime, still trying to use this first chair, the heat function began to be hit and miss as well. Fast forward to March 5, when I received my 2nd chair. Yay! The first, faulty chair went out to the garage and we set the 2nd chair up. It worked beautifully! The heat, massage, lift… all of it worked. I was so happy, until after one day, again, the massage function stopped working!! What are the chances of that?! I immediately reached out to Amazon again, and Amazon reached out to MCombo on my behalf. Then MCombo reached out to me and said, “please tell us more details of the matter you mentioned and send us some pictures so we can better help you. After that, we will research this matter and try our best to help you solve the issue.” So I responded: “So this is my 2nd chair from you, and the same thing is happening with this chair as the first. The massage feature worked for one day, then it stopped working completely. The heat function still works, but not the massage. I’ve attached a photo that shows the controller; the heat button is lit up because it works and I have it running. The massage button (next to the heat button) on the controller won’t even light up. Amazon is sending me a replacement chair. Unsure why this is occurring but it’s very frustrating, especially the 2nd time around. See attached photo and let me know how you’d like to proceed.” MCombo’s response this time was: “We are sorry to hear that. We will ship the USB supply to you through FedEx, the tracking number is 870809823467. The USB supply is designed to supply power exclusively to the massager.” So they are wanting me to try and apply the same fix to chair 2 as they did chair 1…. the fix that didn’t work. In the meantime, chatting with Amazon customer service again, and Amazon went ahead and ordered me a THIRD chair! So again, I have a replacement chair on the way. MCombo also said: “We have attached the installation instructions diagram for your reference. Please check. After you have installed it, please let us know if it can solve your problem. Please be assured that we will keep in touch with you and do our best to help you resolve this issue.” Then, MCombo went ahead and cancelled my 3rd replacement chair that Amazon had ordered for me. Before knowing if the fix even worked. I received the new power supply again from MCombo and tried it; unfortunately it did not fix my issue. So now what? I have Stage 4 cancer and mobility issues. I choose their chair because of its features and when it worked properly for a day at a time it was a wonderful chair. When I google search this chair, I believe the issue I’m having with the massage is a known issue. I just wanted a chair that works properly. And I need the massage function to work. So now I’m sitting with 2 chairs: the first chair is in my garage. Chair 2 is in my living room… the heat is glitchy, the massage doesn’t work, the lift works. MCombo offered to give me a $100 refund and just keep this 2nd chair. No, that’s not good enough. I requested a full refund so I might shop around and find something else that works all the time. When I requested the full refund, MCombo replied: “Could you please send us pictures of the back of the chair after the USB power supply is connected, so that we can confirm if the connection is correct? For your issue, we would like to reship a new backrest to you to try to solve your problem. Would that be all right with you?” No- again I am done messing around I just need to get a chair that works. When you dig into MCombo, you’ll see reviews from people on how they have waited months to receive replacement parts, some of them never receiving replacement parts, and many of them being expected to return faulty chairs and being charged ridiculous amounts for return shipping! I am really not prepared to deal with all that. So I’ll take my full refund now please. And that’s finally what MCombo did- Amazon gift card issued to me for the full price I paid for the chair. I thanked MCombo for their time and for wasting mine. And of course they really are super nice: “we’re truly sorry for the frustrating experience this chair caused you, including the time you’ve spent on this issue. We will take immediate steps to investigate this issue and improve our product quality and inspection process, to avoid similar problems for future customers. Thank you for your honesty, and we apologize again for the inconvenience.” Again, everyone had great customer service, including Amazon. But MCombo should not be allowed to sell their products on Amazon any longer in my opinion. After all this, I STILL don’t have a functioning chair. 😡
