Well made, sturdy. It's gotten a lot of use this winter with both ice and snow. I appreciate the tire straps though ice storms have caused them to stick to the truck. The elastic straps for the side mirrors are too short regardless of how I've tried to put both on. Not really needed since the tire straps hold it down. Well worth the money. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of their claim about the elastic mirror straps and fit. Going forward, I'm probably only going to use the driverside mirror strap (to help keep snow from getting underneath).

Size: Fit for Subaru Crosstrek
This fits my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek perfectly, although I will admit the elastic that’s supposed to go over the side mirrors is too tight to fit, but with the bottom straps hooked to the front wheels and the flaps securely tucked in the doors I haven’t found it to be a detriment. If anything, I suppose you could tuck those loops into the door as well. Super easy to put on and remove, even while brain dead at 4am for work. lol Just get it straightened out on the windshield and close door on one flap, then go around and pull straight and close other flap in, then hook lower straps on your wheels. Haven’t used it for snow yet, but I’m confident it’ll hold up great. Material has a good thickness to it and is cloth like on the outside with a smooth rubbery surface on the side that goes against the glass. Not sure what will happen if the windshield is wet when put on and freezes overnight but I’d run the defrost for a few minutes before removing. It should still cut the time and effort having to scrape the windshield. So far it’s only been used in heavy dew but it’s been a relief to come out and not have to worry about defogging or clearing anything because it’s been completely dry and clear underneath. I dry it out during the day while I’m not using it and am going to buy a second one to alternate for when snow comes and it’ll take longer to thaw it out and reuse. Happy with my purchase and definitely recommend!

Slightly less thick than I was expecting, but it keeps the winter am frost off the windshield and folds up fine to toss in the back. I dont use the straps, just the wiper blades to hold it down. Easy on easy off.

This cover is well made, really, although the hook on the straps that hitch to your wheel coverings are a bit flimsy, a lightweight plastic. There are drawbacks to this cover: If you place the cover on an already wet windshield, which is quite common in colder climates, like mine in the Midwest, chances are the standing water on the windshield will freeze underneath the placed cover. So what, do you towel off the windshield every time before placing the cover on ? And second, storing the cover when not in use is a bit of a hassle. I initially just sort of sloppy folded the cover and placed in my hatchback trunk space. When I went to use it again, the existing snow/ice stuck to the cover making it difficult to unfold, short of tearing the vinyl, which did not happen. It's as if you must let the cover completely dry first by laying out like a sheet. And frankly, who has that kind of room in their vehicle to do so between uses ? I returned mine. Will resign myself to having to scrape the windshield.
