I can't say enough about the great customer service that this company has provided to me. I purchased this recliner in April 2021, and it worked fine until April 2023, one of the welded brackets broke and the chair was looped side and you could not recliner in it. We had to put supports under the chair just to be able to sit in it. Overall, the chair itself is very nice and comfortable and the USB ports are so handy. I was going to trash the chair and buy a new one but while trying to decide what to buy, I placed my 3 star review. I was contacted by the seller a couple times before I replied, but oh what great joy for me that I did. They expressed concern for my problem, they asked for pictures of the broken piece and they offered to replace the base, even though I did not buy the warranty. I can tell you, I thought it was a joke, they offered to send me a new base at no cost to me. Yes, I accepted. They kept me informed of the shipping and it arrived in a timely manner and the chair is operational again. Thank you to the seller. Of course, this chair shows the regular wear and tear on the headrest because the type of material but without any hesitation, I would buy from this seller again and I would highly recommend them. And let me say this is the easiest recliner chair that I have ever assembled. Luckily for me I kept the paperwork from the original purchase which showed me where the release tabs were located, without that, i would have been lost. So, the only suggestion I would give, is to include assembly instructions.

I have to say let’s start for the good things! This recliner is very comfortable, we got it for my father-in-law who just got open heart surgery done so the factor sleeping on the recliner was a given and the power lift was a must, the padding in the back is in the right place so makes it very comfortable, is an excellent value, very comfortable, my in-laws are very pleased with the comfort this provides for them in this kind of situation. I do have to say to be completely honest in this review that this reclining chair the handling by the carrier was not the best and it came with a couple scratches, but I contacted the seller and they gave me hands down the best attention, within a couple of days I had 2 brand new arm rests delivered to my in-laws house. So this reclining chair and the seller are totally recommended. Buy it and enjoy this chair, I’m sure this won’t be the last we buy from them. Oh and it comes with a little decorative pillow, very cute!

Very easy to assemble I am a big guy over 6 feet and wont even mention my weight- while the chair seems small it fits my frame with room to spare padding is good and I really like the lumbar support. Only drawback is the bottom kicker plate on the foot rest needs padding. The back of my ankles rest on it in reclined postion and I need to put a small pillow onit to give me support otherwise its painful. I will modify it this comng week and add extra pad

It came in 2 boxes. The seat is very heavy. My brother said it was the best he's ever purchased and I know he's had at least 3 or 4. It looks good and works smoothly. It goes slow so if you're expecting a carnival ride it will disappoint. Easy to put together ❤️ my brother is around 5'11"" and 350 lbs at least and it has held up. The person I bought it for is 5"7 235lbs and it's working out as expected for a product like this. So would recommend it.

I had bought this for when I had a seasonal elderly visitor stay with us so he was comfortable and could get to his feet without help. He was a big fella and so am I (6'7", 300#) so I went with this chair. I've now had it just over a year and a half with nearly daily use. The cushions are shot and the back just broke (the frame of the back broke in half) this week. The chair served it's purpose, but did not live as long as I would've hoped. Slightly disappointed, but when you're my size, nothing survives very long...

First, let me say that the chair fits my 6'2" father perfectly. My father had a bad back injury, so I bought him two of these chairs for the house. My goals were simple, and the chair delivered on all of them: 1. Help him to transition to and from a standing position 2. Be comfortable for him to recline and sleep in since his bed wasn't helping 3. A very smooth motion, so it wouldn't agitate his already bad back. 4. Ergonomic enough for him to spend long hours in the chair comfortably This MCombo chair was all of these and more. It is smooth and quiet as it transitions. It looks more costly than it is, and the controls are as simple as it gets: just two buttons. Cup holders, USB chargers, and even a tasteful lumbar support pillow. All of these conveniences were bonuses. As happy as I was with the chairs, I was even happier with the customer support. One of the chairs arrived with a small defect, and MCombo quickly shipped a replacement. The customer service rep was kind and understanding of my situation. I am probably going to buy at least one more of these for my mom in the next few months because I am so happy with it, and then my parents could enjoy television side by side.
