Thus a very comfortable love seat. It was time to replace my 18 year old loveseat, especially since last summer I had updated my family room and the old love seat did not go with the decor. I did a lot of searching over the net and in stores and could not find anything that I liked. Finally ran across this love seat that was half the price of most stores and offered more features than anything I looked at. The chair reclines fully and it has a massager with heat the ultimate relaxing chair. The massager goes from the legs to the shoulders, it has 3 levels with multiple massage functions, and hits all the key areas. The heat is on the back I did not feel it on the legs or seat, that does mean its not there, it may require more time to heat those areas. There were a couple of draw backs: 1) the massager is a bit loud, I think it will be lower with continued use. 2) During assembly there is a metal plate that joins the two halves together that goes on the bottom. The plates are suppose to slide between the legs on the bottom and be screwed in, according to the instructions. This process caused a bit of a challenge. had to release the screws on the legs in order to slide the plate in to the slot in order to align the holes for the screws. This proved to be a bit difficult, the screws came out of the legs. I was able to get one plate on then the weight cause the it to buckle making it hard to connect the second plate. During the process of connecting the second plate the screws I had loosen on the legs came out. You do not want this to happen, once the plate was in place it became very difficult to align the screws on the legs to the bar it connects to (the bar has a self locking bolt), with a bit of muscle I was able to get the screws to align and connect. That was the hardest and longest part of assembly. I would definitely recommend this loveseat. Just be mindful of the connection plate. ... show more

Amazon censored my first review. I will review the chair more and tell you how well it serves It's purpose. This product comes in three large boxes. I was sent two left bases and arm rests. When they tried to correct it they sent a right base without the armrest. I am still waiting on the right arm rest. The chair is firm and built for shorter people. When I recline the chair I have to scoot my bottom back because the chair changes shape. I have to use a pillow if I fully recline the chair and want to watch tv. The vibration is fine but not much heat. I am 5'7" and it is built for my size or smaller. It's not difficult to put the pieces together. Looks great! ... show more

    • Power motor broke upon first use.

Went together easy. The motor comes attached under the seat part. There is no assembly of motor or attachment other that plugging it in. We sat on sofa and tested it and the controls. Everything worked fine. However, the second time the left side reclined the motor fell off. The bracket and housing which is plastic broke. When we called customer support. While trying to explain to them what was wrong we were asked if we know how to listen!! The agent did not want to hear what we had to say we were to be quiet and listen to him tell us the steps we had to go through. We decided to return it! We had to disassemble the couch and get it back into the boxes and take it to the UPS store. Two of the boxes weigh 70 pounds. We are 76 years old. We had to find help to load the boxes. Now still waiting on the refund. ... show more

Perfect in every way! Easy to assemble, took us about 45 minutes. I read other reviews that said it wasn’t comfortable. I disagree! It’s very comfortable! Great back support, seat is very ‘springy’ and comfy. I find I don’t need a ‘lumbar pillow’ Ike I usually need; Love the drink holder. Love there’s no center console so I can snuggle with the hubs, reclines almost all the way back for napping, overall, perfection! We bought (but haven’t yet received) the matching single recliner also. Excited for some great sports and movie watching! ... show more

    • It is nice but falls short

I like the fabric, both the feel and the color are very nice. It was fairly easy for my brother to assemble but I would have struggled with it on my own. I wish the seating area was a bit higher although for most that is probably not an issue. For me, anytime my knees are even slightly higher than my hips, it takes extra effort to stand. The seat is quite comfortable as is the seat back. The recline function is smooth and quiet. The side pockets are nice though a bit deep. Here is, to me, the MAJOR flaw. The leg rest area is terribly uncomfortable when raised. It is hard and bumpy and I found myself constantly having to shift my legs around to relieve pressure. Mine is not smooth and padded, it is quite lumpy. For comfort, I have to put a cushion or pillow under my legs. I have used the massage aka the vibration function, meh. Nothing special. I have used the heat function, again nothing special, can barely feel any warmth and certainly no heat. Overall, I am glad I bought it but there certainly is room for improvement. ... show more
