I was skeptical of this "boneless" ottoman, because all other "frameless" ottomans I've used have basically gone flat to the ground the second you try and sit on it. Not this one! It is surprisingly firm for a piece of furniture with basically no internal structure. It comes rolled up and compressed like a memory foam mattress in a box would. Once you let it out, it inflates to almost full size quite fast. If you sit on it right away, you'll feel that it has decent support but sinks too much to be a comfortable seat. Don't give up on it. The directions say you should let it sit for 24-48 hours to get to full firmness. They aren't kidding! After 48 hours, it is quite a lot firmer than when freshly unboxed. I'm 160lb and can sit on it cross-legged with it barely squishing down at all, it feels super firm like a real ottoman should. It is absolutely comfortable enough to support not only your legs as an ottoman but also to use as a backup seat even for a full grown adult. My 215lb spouse also finds it comfortable enough to sit on. It is absolutely stable enough to put a tray table with food or drinks on too, as long as you don't have kids trying to bounce off of it at the same time. It feels like it has both foam and springs, because you can bounce on it if you want. It is really just an awesome ottoman, and I'm so impressed with it! I think it is well worth the price and feels and looks more expensive than it is. I'm using it with a chair in my office, but if I needed a cheap sofa I'd definitely consider the sofa this goes with as well based on how nice this ottoman is.

This ottoman surprised me right out of the gate because it arrived shrink wrapped. You cut it open and it expands like a mattress, which is kind of hilarious. Once it fully fluffs up, it’s actually pretty big, so definitely give it a little time to reach its full size before judging it. The main thing to know is that it has basically no internal structure. It’s “boneless” in the truest sense, so you really sink into it. I’m around 200 lbs and I can’t really sit on it comfortably as a seat because it just compresses too much under me. My spouse is around 125 and has no problem sitting on it, so I think it really depends on your weight and what you expect to use it for. As a footrest though, it’s awesome. It feels like putting your feet on a memory foam mattress, super soft and relaxing. The corduroy outer fabric is also really nice, plush, and cozy. The cats love it too, they spend a lot of time just sleeping and cuddling on it. As of now, the fabric is holding up just fine for them, and they don't seem to want to scratch at it. We'll see though, nothing is truly cat-proof. If you want a structured ottoman you can sit on like a bench, this isn’t that. If you want a cloud-like footrest that feels great and looks good, it nails the job.

Disappointed with this futon. The cushions are incredibly thin and unstable; it feels like a base with four cheap pillows tossed on top rather than actual furniture. The filling is flimsy, basically pillowcase stuffing. At 5'2", I am too tall for this to be a bed (my feet hang off), and as a sofa, it doesn't even reach my shoulders, hitting my mid-back and providing zero support. It’s small, uncomfortable, and the listing measurements are off.

I was pleasantly surprised by this ottoman. It comes vacuum sealed and puffs up to full size quickly. It is a lighter gray than I had anticipated and the corduroy pattern is very apparent. The fabric has a velvety feel to it. The top edges have a thick seam that, as an added bonus, help to keep things from rolling off. The side edges have a thick seam as well. The ottoman is a large rectangular shape. We do not have the couch that goes with this ottoman so thr ottoman is about 4 inches lower, making it perfect to rest my feet. Although the ottoman seems to be made of foam, it is sturdy and it's shape bounces back when you get up from sitting on it. It is a good value for the price!

I was skeptical about the size of this ottoman before purchasing, but it ended up being a great addition to my living room. Installation is easy. Had it set up between 15 and 30 minutes. Decent quality on the fabric. I didn’t see any loose ends. It could use a bit more support around the edge of the cushion, but as most things that come vacuum sealed, that’s what you can expect. For the $35 price tag and it arriving at my front door in a small package. This was a no-brainer and I would buy it again if I needed to.
