This couch looks great in my RV, I thought it would be to small at 55 inches replacing the 63 inch couch that was in the slide of 66inches wide. I assembled it in the RV in less than 30 mins, so there was no reason to struggle putting it in. Very easy to assemble, only bolted at the legs. Nicely padded and very comfortable. I actually fell asleep on it the first night with the massager on. The massager is very strong but with all the padding your not using level one. I has multiple patterns of massage. It would be awesome if it had the massage all the way up to the headrest for a head massage. But this is great due to it being 95+ degrees out. I could really test the heat function, but in time I'm sure I will be using it. At this price value for the comfort Maybe net year I may be replacing my living room Couches with with the this model and the three cushion. ... show more

I am 6'2" and I like that my heels only hang over the foot rest. The massage and heat work well. The cushioning is a bit firm, but it's new. It is easy to assemble, I know because I did it twice. Customer Service is better than fantastic but I only gave 4 stars because of the hassle. First delivery, the R/ footrest didn't work correctly. A replacement was received within a few days but it was the wrong color. The replacement was again received in 2 days. The hassle was, taking apart the chair, re-boxing and waiting 5 days for pickup. A $30 credit was given to dispose of the defective right side footrest. ... show more

Took 2 trips for FedEx to deliver but when we did it has become our favorite couch ever. Perfect size for love seat , built sturdy looks nice cushioning is perfect and the recliner allows you to lay down. Plus heat and vibration just a great buy!

I called customer support and after explaining that the power cord stopped working, she told me she couldn’t hear me and to call right back. I did. The phone went straight to voicemail. It was delivered in three boxes. Went together very easy. All the necessary tools and great instructions were provided in the box 3. It took about 30 minutes to put it together. Wife and I love it. Does everything it said in the advertisement. With it 12.5” from wall to total recline to a sleep position. It went back a lot farther then I though it would. The back is high enough to give your head good support throughout its positions, we are 5’ 10”. Very nice fabric and color. Cup holders are added bonus ... show more
