My mom has bought and returned 6 very expensive recliners over the past year, hoping that each one will be more comfortable than the last, with almost all of them she had to have lifts added. The latest chair (over $1,850) did not meet her expectations (lumbar too stiff) so she returned. In desperation, I decided to take the wheel and ordered this chair for her. Instead of waiting 3 months for the chair as was the case with all of her former chairs, this chair arrived in less than 2 weeks and was easy to assemble. My mom has now been using the chair for less than a week and reports it is very comfortable, the material is plush, she does not have any issues with the comfort level, and is very happy. It will take a little while to get used to the "lift" function but she is so much happier with this chair than any of the other more expensive ones. So, my advice to you is try out this chair before you spend a bunch of dough on others. If my mom likes this chair, believe me, you (or your elderly relative) will, too! Plus, William in the customer service department for the company, is fantastic! He responds promptly to emails, cares about the customers and overall is very nice! You can't go wrong with this company or the chair - try it!

My mom received her lift chair today. Six days earlier than expected!! It came with everything we needed to assemble, including the power cord which apparently some don't come with. My sister and niece had no problems with assembling. After much deliberation and research, I went with this company because the reviews talked about their great customer service. My mom is around 5'5-5'6 and weighs about 220. After measuring her previous recliner, we went with this chair because it has an extended foot rest. I'm including a picture of her in her chair so you can see where her feet hit perfectly on the footrest. Her extreme RA has caused deformities in both her hands and feet. So the importance of the lift chair means she can now be more independent since it assists her with getting in and out of the chair by herself. I was worried since her hands are twisted up that she wouldn't be able to operate the remote. She said this remote is easy for her to maneuver. The chair itself is comfortable for her which is great. She has bulging discs in her back and this chair helps her back be supported. She went to a furniture store before and had issues with the arms saying they were hard and felt cheap. She bruises very easily and she said the arms on this chair are supportive and have enough cushion. So that's great. She previously went to Lazy Boy and found a chair she liked. Ordered it and the cost was $1500. After the five weeks it took to deliver the chair to her she returned it after a few days because it was too uncomfortable and the cushions caused her pain. Not much support. With the extended warranty and a $30 cover with taxes this chair was around $720. So half of what the Lazy Boy chair was. I included so many details in my review because shopping for one online can be difficult and I had many questions myself when searching for a chair she would enjoy. I will update this post if any issues come up. Thank you to the company for making a chair that made my mom happy. She can be a tough critic lol. So if I haven't updated this post, consider the purchase is still a happy one.

I am very pleased with the chair. It works well. There are several pockets as well as the two cup holders. The solid ends of the arms make it easier to push off. It is very comfortable. This is my bed for sleeping at night and I sleep well in it.

I was skeptical due to the lack of reviews but my Mom insisted she liked this chair.. she is not always easy to please but she absolutely loves it and brings it up each time we speak (she replaced her older lift chair). She is 77 years old and it is both comfortable and functional. I can't tell much more detail than that since I don't use it but it made her happy.

Chair was delivered to our 97 yr old mother in a nursing home that is still on lockdown because of COVID-19. We are pleased to say she loves it. Comfortable, easy to operate and convenient with pockets and cup holders. She says it sleeps well also. She is approximately 5’2”, 140 lbs.

Great chair for my mother who has difficulty standing up from a seated position on her couch and chairs. It's comfy, soft, easy to assemble and the remote is simple and easy to use. I found a video on line from this company that demonstrated the chair's assembly which made it even easier. My mother is too heavy for her aides to lift her without risk of harm to themselves or to my mother. This chair was the perfect solution and enables her to keep living in her apt. My mother carries most of her weight in her hips and thighs, so I needed to find a chair that had a large enough seat for my mother without risk of skin breakdown. Thankfully this chair seat fit her very well and the chair itself fit in the limited space available in her apt. It's also very reasonably priced compared to other power lift recliners. That this was returnable was a big plus. I also read in other reviews that customer service for this company is good and responsive. I haven't needed to reach out to them but that was another important factor. Glad that this chair checked all the boxes for us.

I purchased 2 of these around 6 weeks ago and they are very nice. One developed a noise after 3 weeks and so far the manufacturer, EXACME, has been very nice and should be replacing the base. Will update once received. Do know that if you want to return, you will need the original boxes and there is a 20% restocking fee, but since they are sending a replacement part, there is no fee. They said the parts are warranted for 1 year. Here’s hoping they hold up to daily use. These are very quiet and, although they don’t say infinite positions, they DO have infinite positions between lying and full standing. These are comfortable enough to sleep in and, due to health reasons, we have been doing so for the whole time we have owned them.
