We love everything about this chair. We bought it to help with a tolerable place to sleep after surgery and this chair is perfect. First, it’s super easy to assemble even if you aren’t handy, strong, or like reading directions. There is a ten minute YouTube video that shows you exactly what to do and I struggle with putting together anything. I am the opposite of handy and it was a breeze. Secondly, the quality is really good. Given how reasonable the price tag was, I was not necessarily expecting high quality, yet it’s well built and sturdy. The functions work exactly was described and it’s pretty amazing. I was also surprised with just how attractive the chair is. I was 100 percent buying this to help with pain so that wasn’t on my radar, but it’s really nice looking and a great addition to the bedroom! If you need a chair that you may be sleeping in post op, this chair may be exactly what you are looking for. Its range of motion is great. The USB charger is a nice feature. Love it.

The chair arrived 5 days before the expected delivery date. It was very easy to put together and the instructions are easy to follow. I got the medium chair with heat and massage. I'm 5'8" and I am glad I went for the medium chair. Is very comfortable. The massage label should be changed to vibrate since there is no real massage to it. There are several zones of vibrate which can be turned on or off separately. The heat is pretty much non-existent. Customer is outstanding. There was no heat on the chair and a new back unit was shipped to me in a couple days which did correct the problem, but as far as the heat, you can only notice it by using your bare hand to feel it, hence the 4 stars. It remains to be seen how ell the material will hold up.

Purchased this for my wife in advance of her back surgery. She's had her surgery a month and a half ago now (3 level lower spinal fusion) and this chair in her words "has been a godsend". The chair is a very comfortable and quality made machine. It lifts and lowers flawlessly every time and does so at a "snails pace" so as not to create a hazardous issue. There are many different resting angles that can be achieved with the remote control. The remote itself is very simple to use, not a ton of buttons for her to remember. I'm glad I bought this particular chair, I'm even more glad it's working for my wife as this surgery is unbelievably brutal and recovery is a long road. I would absolutely have no qualms in recommending this chair to anyone.

I turned 88 last month. I’m 5’10” 175 lbs which seems to be a perfect fit for the chair. .I had a reverse shoulder replacement the day before Thanksgiving and returned home the day of the surgery. I was required to wear a sling for the first 30 days of the recovery period which forced me to sleep on my back, which I’ve never been able to do. I’ve spent about 20 of each 24 hours in this remarkable chair since and sleep was not a problem. The chair controls are east to operate. The cup holders and side pockets are easy to access. The Faux leather is easy to clean and seems to be very durable. UPS delivered the chair to my garage on a Rainey day. My sons assembled to chair in less than 15 minutes and it has performed without any problems. The chair has been the perfect place for operating my laptop computer, viewing more TV than ever before, eating my meals, entertaining guests, and sleeping.

I opted for dual motors to enhance the positions. The chair functions but you cannot have the back upright with legs elevated. The foot rest position does affect the back position. You can only partially place them separately. Not infinite positions as advertised

First when I received the chair the vibrator did not work. We contacted MCombo and it took a week before they finally sent the part to fix, which my husband had to fix. The reason it took a week before they sent the part is that they only use email, and the emails are only read and responded to at night from our time zone. Now the seam on the back cushion is literally coming apart at the seams. Sent an email tonight... we'll see how long this takes and what it entails to fix. Almost to the point of wanting my money back, and I can ship this junk back to MCombo at their expense. We purchased this chair on September 21,2023 Laura OConnell.
