BEST SCOOTER! I spent hours researching electric scooters before choosing this one. I bought this for my 14 year old however my husband and I both ride it too. He’s 6 foot 200lbs and I’m 5’6 140lbs. So it works for adults too. The size is perfect for teens and adults. It’s a really smooth ride. The battery life is really good. We took these easily foldable scooters to Florida and rode them all day and only charged it before bed so we could ride them the next day. We rode them all around Seaside, Florida. The functionality is easy. It has controls to set the speeds lower too. We keep the speed 12mph and lower for our teen but turn that off when we ride it. It even has a headlight. This scooter is very durable. My kids are rough with it and it holds up great. I bought this because it’s a great value for the money. There are so many other more expensive electric scooters out there but seriously this one is so good.

I don’t normally review products, but that’s how bad this is. I wish I could give this product to zero stars at this point. The product worked OK until it didn’t. From the start, the handle was never able to fully tighten down properly. Two screws ended up, backing themselves out and got lost, we ended up having to drill out the holes and modify with a longer screw. This was a Christmas gift which was bought in November gifted in December and not really used until February. By April we already ran into an issue with it, throwing an error code. We did all the troubleshooting steps and the seller sent us a replacement battery, which was three times as long as the battery that was in it. Keep in mind all of these parts are being shipped from China so 10 to 14 days of downtime waiting on parts to arrive every time I get the wrong part. They then sent another battery, which I replaced however it did not resolve the issue. Reached out to the seller asking for either a new scooter or a refund, they said it is outside of the window so they will only be replacing parts. So they sent a replacement brain for the scooter. Another 14 days later, and this part finally arrives. Two of the connectors are incorrect, those two connectors had female parts on both ends. Absolutely impossible to connect. At this point, the scooter has been inoperable for over three months. I am absolutely furious with the seller because they have the exact model and serial number of this device and cannot seem to send the correct parts. I would absolutely stay away at all costs. I am furious enough dealing with them that I am to the point of cutting my loss, crashing the scooter and buying my son a new one. Stay away from this waste of money.

My pre-teen son uses this daily! Bought as a Christmas gift and we live 1.5 miles away from his middle school and he rides this back home at times. I haven’t tried it or left it out in hard rain so I can’t speak to how it reacts to being in the elements for a longer duration BUT, I am buying him a scooter cover to protect it from the elements! My son loves to take it out for a spin and has the app on it on his phone as well. It’s held up well to a very active child! The lights are nice and bright and it’s been a perfect gift at a good price! Update: screws fell out and lost so the seller was able to help me by sending out replacement screws.. one note, the screws in general are a bit of a design flaw, so you may want to find a way to secure the screws in the handle.. I screwed them in and then secured them with a piece of flex seal so they wouldn’t fall out again- the design flaw is that they don’t stay IN because the treads don’t “bite” all the way.. this could lead ( as did with us) that they could fall out and cause injury. HOWEVER, this is a small design flaw.. the rest runs well, holds charge well, follows the app well and is otherwise a really sturdy and good product. I am looking to try and purchase another for another son

I’ve been using this MAXSHOT scooter for about a week now and I’m honestly impressed. It was easy to assemble right out of the box, and the build quality feels solid for the price.The speed modes are great — I usually stick to the middle setting for commuting, and it’s fast enough without feeling unsafe. Battery life is also better than expected. I can get multiple short trips in before needing to recharge.What I really like is how smooth the ride feels thanks to the suspension. Even on slightly rough roads, it handles well. The folding feature is also super convenient — I can easily put it in my car or carry it into the office.Overall, this is a great scooter for both beginners and daily commuters. Definitely worth the money!

it's good, after a few weeks of daily use it seems quality. Its smaller than I thought. but I got the kids/adult model. even tho I'm 5 foot 10 haa. there's a significant difference vs the adult only size. so check measurements for you before you buy. for me after a month the smaller is easier to handle, store and maneuver. However my hands are at my waist level instead of at chest level like the larger models. The footboard is smaller as well so you have to keep your feet side to side instead of behind each other. Notes.. handlebar screws come loose after almost every ride. Friends with other models say this is true of all of them. They give you one extra screw but you just have to be sure to tighten them after almost every ride. If you hit any gravel or cracks in streets you will feel it. if you've never used one its beat to use bike paths or smooth surfaces only ! don't improv your way thru traffic or neighborhoods. obey stop signs & traffic lights too as cars tend to ignore you. brakes are extra sensitive too, touchy, not like a bike. I've tried adjusting the cables but seems to make no difference, just something you have to get used to. This one does do 25 miles an hour in sport mode !... good, but only for about 20 miles until battery starts blinking low. so if you only go a few miles per trip you won't have to charge it for a while. but if you ride 20 miles in one trip you may have to charge it again right after that. good luck

Surprisingly good for the price – my grandkid loves it Bought this for my grandkids. It was cheap, so I wasn't expecting much. Turns out it's a solid little scooter. Gets about 10 miles per charge – enough for several days of riding around my big yard and our little neighborhood. The shock absorption works well; grandsons didn’t complain about bumps. Lightweight and foldable – easy to carry and store. Safety is the best part: both hand brakes plus a rear fender brake. My young grandchild can stop smoothly. The LED display shows speed and battery, with 3 speed settings – low for beginners, higher for the brave. Would recommend for budget-conscious parents.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've never been so disgusted with a product or experience in my life... I bought the scooter for my 8 year old son, we took it out of the box, put it together. He was so excited we took it outside and it never went over 5mph I vould slowly walk faster and thats for the 5 mins it worked... after a few minutes the screen came up with an E6 error on the screen. We tried everything we could to fix it restart it nothing... thats when I started the process of trying to return it.. what a nightmare...they were supposed to contact me within 24 hours... took a week. Then they wanted me to pay almost as much as the scooter to ship it back I said no. Then they said they'd send me a prepaid label... I printed the label went to FedEx they scanned it and said the same shipping label has already been used on someone elses return by the name of David something and cannot be used again... now I have this 90 dollar hunk of junk and am waiting again for them to contact me now a month later
