Runs flawlessly, ultra cool and quiet (in full action gaming, never seen it get above 57c, even though the room i'm in is 80f)... thought i was compromising by just getting the Prime 5070, but no... Perfectly simple swap!... both the 1080ti and 5070 draw exactly the same peak- 250 watts so, no need to buy a new PSU... But it's amazing how much more performance i am getting for the same Total Graphics Power spec. In my favorite games, i still get about the same FPS... But whats funny about that is, that's with ALL settings completely maxed out! and with something that 1080ti never had, raytracing and a choice between DLAA and DLSS -plus- Tensor Cores! and DDR7!... AA marquis flickering completely gone, with near zero jagged edges to be found anywhere (unless i focus and look really close at object with perfectly straight edges). Textures are dramatically sharper/higher resolution and colors seem to have extra pop. That 12gb of ram?... most of the games i run seem to not use much more than 10gb, but i suppose that's not future proofing per-say and adding an extra 4gb of ddr7 won't allow me to buy a card like this for $600 bucks. In 2017, the 1080ti was $1027... for me, the 5070 was like buying a whole new, faster PC for only $609 !! Even though my old MB is pcie 3.0 and my CPU runs 28 lanes, according to my searches, for gaming, the 5070 will rarely fully saturate the bandwidth capabilities of16x_pcie 3.0 MB anyway, so don't even have to care about the card supporting pcie 5.0 as being a deficit. So far, i'm winning the "Make an 8 Year Old Gaming PC Run for a Decade, Perfectly" Challenge... LOL :)

I'm not using this card for graphics, I'm using it for Folding@Home work. And it's AMAZING. Just a rock-solid, stable performer and it ran cool at full, constant load on the Q (quiet) BIOS setting (toggleable from a physical switch near the power connector) and even more so on the P (performance) setting (flip switch, reboot!). It's faster and cooler than the Zotac SOLID OC 5070 in the same rig. In fact, it's the coolest card in the rig and that's with it being in the high position sucking up the heat from the two cards below it! Strong recommend.

This video card is fantastic. Son's been using it for three months, its value proposition continues to impress. Compared to higher-tier options like the RTX 4070 Ti or the 50-series cards, the RTX 4070 Super strikes a compelling balance. 4K gaming is a breeze on max settings, which is a noticeable upgrade. The out-of-the-box performance has been more than sufficient, no need to tweek or overclock, etc. Beyond gaming, the card can handle local AI related solutions, sustains approximately 14GB and delivers impressive speeds, processing dozens or even hundreds of cycles per second. The RTX 4070 Super remains a "perfect price to power sweet spot" for anyone primarily focused on sub-4K gaming and introductory to moderate local AI work, especially considering the mixed reception of the newer 50-series cards. A card with more VRAM would be necessary for those demanding 4K gaming or needing to run significantly larger AI models (32GB+) this card can do those things without breaking the bank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND excellent performance and efficiency at a very competitive price point, making it a stellar choice for most of the gaming PC folks.

Great GPU in 2025 to play New Games like Battlefield 6. Affordable, Super Fast with DLSS with more than 300 FPS in Ultra Settings. I paired it with an Intel i7 13700K and 32GB RAM DDR4 at 3200mhz. Definitely recommended!

Without a doubt, the best investment I've made for my computer. I give it 5 stars without hesitation because it's simply perfect. It's an incredibly powerful component that has met and exceeded all expectations. Performance in any game or professional application is excellent. I am completely satisfied; it is the heart of my PC, and best of all is the peace of mind I get from its long-term performance. Three years after purchasing it, I continue to play current titles at high or maximum settings without fear. The card pumps out frames and handles the graphics load without breaking a sweat, fantastic efficiency. If your budget is tight these days, this option is sufficient.

Absolute beast of a graphics card here (in both power and size!) Upgrading from a 3070 to this 5070 OC was a vast difference. I'm getting double or triple FPS on games after making the GPU swap. The ASUS TUF version was the one to go with, honestly. The fans are so quiet on this model, and it looks extremely protected based on its construction. I will note however, that I failed to realize exactly how giant the new 50 series of cards were! That was my own mistake. It was roughly double the size of my 3070 unit. I had to actually make some adjustments and swap out one of my fans to a different location for it to fit. Just ensure that you have enough room in your case beforehand! It fits fairly well in my mid-size tower after adjusting that unforeseen mistake on my end. Simple and easy to snap into the PCIE slot, just like any other GPU. Just ensure you have a Power Supply Unit with one of the PCIE 5 connectors. While you don't need a PCIE 5 motherboard for it to run. You will need the correct cord for the PSU in order to hook it up after inserting the card into the slot. Overall, very pleased with my purchase! Looking forward to smooth sailing through the next few years of gaming with this addition!
