Overall, this is a good purchase. I bought this for my 2004 Honda Accord, solely to use it for Apple CarPlay. It was easy to install, with guidance from YouTube, and took less than 30 minutes. In the package, the radio did come with prying tools to help with the installation, but no instructions at all. Just a simple manual about the Android tablet (which is what this is). Once I had it installed, up and running, I noticed the screen quality wasn’t the best. Very pixelated, and the contrast is very high, which cannot be changed. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to use Apple CarPlay with my iPhone. There is an app on the device called “ZLink” or Zjinnova. First, you’ll need to connect your phone via Bluetooth to the tablet (very easy, app titled Bluetooth), then select Zjinnova. Then under your iPhone’s Settings>General>CarPlay. Your iPhone will then connect to CarPlay automatically and wirelessly when the car is started and the app is opened. Not the best response time when swiping and tapping, but do-able. The physical unit, like the plastic buttons to control the temperature and air settings feels very cheap and thin. But, Everything is working how it should and there have been no glitches or complications thus far. Overall, is it worth it to have Apple CarPlay in an older car? Absolutely! ... show more
