This kit comes with a 9 day supply of whitening gel even though the instructions say to do this for 7 days. I ended up doing the full 9 days, but I’ll explain how I did it at the end. There’s a trick to this and I wish I would have figured it out before day 3, but better late than never, right? It worked for me personally, but may not stimulate the same results for everyone. I would also like to add that I have healthy teeth that whiten well. Hope this helps!! **before treatment** I lightly brush my teeth with charcoal (3-5 mins). I have a jar of it that I bought here on Amazon for like $4 and it lasts forever. Charcoal helps removes stains from your teeth and removing the stains before will help the gel penetrate more effectively. Ta-da! Rinse your mouth to remove the charcoal (I use warm water because I’m impatient) and follow that with a good flossing. **time to treat** Seriously just follow the instructions. They are easy to understand and it takes no time at all. Oh and grab a little towel because if you’re like me you’ll get slobbery a few minutes before the light turns off and it will feel like eternity. Ha! **after treatment** Brush your teeth with your favorite toothpaste and you’re done. I use an ultra soft toothbrush when I do this because of the amount of brushing. I split the treatment up a bit because my gums and teeth started to become sensitive around day 6, which is normal for me, so I waited a few days before starting the last 3 treatments. Next time I will do a 5 and 4 split, but of course you can customize it to fit you. Silly me forgot to take a before photo, but I’ve had plenty of compliments. I started at solid 5 on the tooth chart they provide you, but I am about a 2 or 3 now. That honestly depends on the lighting. I’ve read a lot of reviews that the light quit working, but I haven’t had that problem yet. I will find out in a few months when I do this all over again. Overall, I don’t believe that I would have achieved the results that I did if I hadn’t of taken the extra steps, but I would probably say the same for any other whitening gel provider. This one was on sale when I purchased it, but still affordable at normal rate. Alone it would have probably gained me 1 shade, however, using the charcoal method alone would have only gained 1 and that one I know for a fact (that’s why I have the charcoal in the first place). The 2 methods together really made the difference.

I've had naturally yellow teeth that I've hated for most of my life. Just started using this and have to say I'm impressed! I don't know that it will work for every person, but for me, I'll stick with this for the long term!

I was a bit put off with the price but have tried so many other less expensive items! This one was amazing and well worth the $$ my husband and myself started the same day but was husband was much more regimented! His change was amazing which made me try harder and I was able to get the same results!!! I am sorry I spent the $$ on so many other products that did very little! This is the real deal!!!!

This product was a great price (was $16.99 w/ 3 gel syringes) and arrived quickly! The box had some light dirt-like debris on the outside but was overall packaged and shipped well. I followed the directions and made sure not to use any other whitening products prior to or during using MySmile. I didn't get a good initial photo, but I tried to get the same angle and lighting for each photo to show the progress of my whitening. It did not cause my any pain or soreness in my gums at all. Overall, the product whitened my teeth when used. The first week was great, after the second week I found it inconsistent and my teeth regressing back to their original color on the days I could not use MySmile. I didn't find it to have enough long-term effects that would make me want to repurchase (I'm not going to use it every single day to keep my teeth white). If I was going to attend a special event that I wanted to quickly whiten my teeth for, I would use this product! To get truly whiter teeth, I did not find it as helpful and will most likely return to previous whitening strips. I did end up swallowing some of the product through my saliva while using it because it's pretty hard to avoid. I will say I felt very ill to my stomach the entire 2 weeks sampling the product (I actually made a doctor's apt. because of the discomfort) and have started to feel better now that I've stopped using the product for 48 hrs.

Only used it one time so far for less than 10 minutes with generic whitening strips and omg the difference. It noticeably whitened my teeth atleast 2 shades. Can’t wait to see the continued results. Only tricky part is if you use strips with it your not suppose to swallow the stuff so I had to keep pulling it out to spit so that was a little annoying but worth it.
