When I received the tiller, I immediately opened the box and discovered the tiller had been leaking (covering several of the parts to be assembled). I have tried to contact them on several occasions about what type oil to use and how to go about replenishing it in the tiller. So far, I've gotten no response. I'll keep trying to reach them but, I do not want to use the tiller knowing it is low on transmission oil. I am very disappointed they will not respond. HELP!

Bought to cultivate existing garden and flower beds. Not as much power as I expected even for existing, previously tilled soil.

Did it come with all the parts? Yes. Do the batteries work? Yes. Can you till with it? Not really. It pretty much failed on every kind of soil I tried. It either bounces around or gets stuck. Not worth the effort or money.

I liked the smallness of it but it is a little light so need to really hold it down when using but did the job I needed in the garden!

This tiller just bounces around on top of the soil without tilling. The tiller tines are not designed properly for this tiller to be able to dig into the ground. This tiller is too light and not powerful enough for this particular tine design. The tiller was tried on a garden bed used last year but it was not able to dig into the soil. I do not recommend this product. It just wasted time and energy.
