I think Maxi Health Teen Supreme HIS Vitamins are great overall. I appreciate the natural ingredients and the fact that they are specifically designed for teen boys. My son seems to be doing well on them, and I feel confident he's getting the nutrients he needs. The only downside is the taste—the capsules leave a really unpleasant aftertaste. It’s a minor issue, but something to keep in mind. Other than that, it's a solid product and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a natural multivitamin option.

We have been buying this His Vitamins for my teenager boy who is 14 years old, he has been taking this for a year now. He sure is sleeping well and his mood has changed, he is also energetic. He is picky when it comes to vegetables and thank goodness I found this vitamins. It is in a pill form which is really good and no sugar added. Easy to swallow also. We love this vitamins. The only think though is a bit pricey, I wish they will lower the price. But it’s very worth it.

After five days so far of my daughter starting these, her overall mood seems much better, less irritable and withdrawn, much more interested in doing things outside of harboring in her room all the time. Also as of this morning her skin looks better with less breakouts and less dark circle under her eyes. I was considering having her just do one pill out of two suggested for a daily dose but maybe we'll just stick with this. She said she isnt into the faint scent of them but I assured her all multivitamins smell like vitamins and I remind her that her skin looks great now, so she bypasses the vitamin scent and takes them. Great improvement so far! Will update with any change.
