Product is horrible. When I had this PLC200 pool heater installed it came up with an E01 error. After months of getting poolcmt to respond they sent a replacement control panel and when installed it gave the same error.

Heater works well when it’s warm out. Was unaware it’s dependent on the outside temperature. That’s my fault for not doing a lot of research on types of heaters.

The control panel keeps turning off. No customer service number to call. Email support is very slow - we are in day 2 of “communication” and we no closer it working.
