So far so good. No problems with storms ruining it but we really have not had any storms with really strong winds. Regardless you have to have weights to put on the poles. Instructions could have been better, very light be careful if it's windy when assembling. Make sure to fasten it down, I used concrete screws. It's a good purchase, if we 2 summers out of it we will be happy
