Was this an open box item?! This popup canopy arrived damaged and dirty. The workmanship is awful with loose dangling threads, crooked stitching, and a piece of Velcro was completely torn off.

Awesome product. We entertain a lot but with covid, don't like lots of people in the house. We don't have a deck or porch so this is perfect. Easy to assemble, sturdy and looks great. It has a longer shipping time than prime but it actually came a couple days sooner than quoted. Good purchase.

Perfect for giving shade. It is easy to set up and move. The extra piece for a wall provides extra shade. We've used it several times this summer and it has held up well. I love the carrying bag, makes it easier to transport.

The only thing I will lookout for(If/when I purchase another one) is an opening on top because on very windy days it has to be hankered down extra tight. We figure an opening on top will help alleviate the forceful pulling. But even then, if it rains, water will not get through since this one is not open.     • Good canopy but did not receive the side drape as advertised
This canopy is nice, very easy to put up and seems to be pretty sturdy. It was suppose to come with a side drape, covering one side of the canopy and when it arrived there was no side, just the canopy. I specifically bought this canopy in particular because it had that side so not having when receiving the canopy was definitely disheartening. If I could get the side piece to this canopy, it'd easily be 5 stars. ... show more
