After purchasing and assembling the gazebo, we unfortunately experienced severe weather conditions, including high winds and heavy rain, which resulted in significant damage due to a manufacturing defect. We promptly contacted the seller, provided a detailed account of the issue, and engaged in some back-and-forth discussions. I originally bought a gazebo on Wayfair, which was the same size, same features as this gazebo and price was pretty similar. The gazebo on Wayfair was so crappy! The roof Snapped in half and the whole gazebo felt cheap. I had it up for a month… The customer service was awful as well. I never ordered from Wayfair but decided to give it a try and I will never again. Stick with Amazon and get this Gazebo! It looks so nice and it’s sturdy. I bolted the gazebo on my concrete patio for extra stability. I highly suggest doing this. For this price, get it!

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product!! Only giving 4 stars because the directions weren’t exactly clear especially towards the end. We ended up putting the screen on the outside of the poles and still haven’t fixed it because it’s a lot of work lol. We do love it so much though it’s made us a nice temporary “screened porch”! Fairly easy to put together with 2 people took about 2 hours!

This canopy fit well on my frame. However, a cat ran across it and put small rips in it. That was annoying enough. I thought that I could patch it later. Then a squirrel ran across it, and it is now torn to shreds. This thing didn't last 4 months. Total waste of money.

Looks nice. Definitely not water proof. Material is very thin and easily torn. Once the roof gets the slightest bit saturated, the rain pours through it. Nice for shade (suggest purchasing a side panel if one side is open to the setting sun) definitely not shelter from the rain. Instructions are horrible, fortunately my husband is mechanically inclined and was able to decipher them. Absolutely not a one hour assembly unless you've put one together before.

I couldn't be more pleased with this replacement canopy. The fabric is heavier then the original and the fit is tight with well made seems. I only wish we'd discovered the pull hook before my husband smashed his finger trying to get the canopy on the our existing gazebo frame. Once we saw the hook tumble out of the vent-top piece, it was super simple to pull the corners in place using the fabric loops that are on one corner of both the canopy and the vent-top. We are going to buy another to have on hand when needed for our second gazebo.
