Frame is sturdy, stable, and fairly easy to put together. I bought the 10x12 gazebo to complement a 9x9 Mastercanopy gazebo that I bought last year. I use both to cover a large portion of my backyard deck. The powdercoated steel frame holds up well to weather. I removed the canopy and left the frame in place over the winter months - no problems due to exposure to a Massachusetts winter.

This is our second canopy in 5 years. The first one was easy to install and provided shady area free of mosquitoes. But the netting was not very good quality. This one is much better and I would highly recommend it. It went up easy with a heavy duty frame and is very stable. I like the bonus of the sandbags to hold down the four legs. The nettings seem much stronger on this gazebo.

The instructions were pretty clear and parts well labeled, so the gazebo went up in a couple of hours. You will need 2 people basically just when joining the two sections together, otherwise only 1 person can fully assemble this. I liked the fact that additional hardware was included just in case you loose something. The canopy seemed a bit small for the frame, so much so that I had to drill an additional hole in the corner caps so as to not strech the top to the point of seams starting to rip. Same with the middle rods, but with them, I had to cut the square tubing about 1 1/2" shorter and then remove and replace the plastic tips to fit. Not a big deal for me, but if you don't have the tools necessary it could be a problem. Only time will tell how well it stands up to the weather here in upstate New York. It rained last night and nothing under the gazebo got wet. It's not touted as waterproof, but the ripstop nylon does a pretty good job of keeping the water away.

Item arrived damaged. 1. The finish was chipped in many places, making me think the item will rust quickly. 2. There was already small amounts of rust forming on the edges of a few metal bars. 3. Several of the welded joints were bulging. Making it impossible to connect pieces. 4. The plastic piece at the peak did not line up with the bars that should have been inserted there. I worked with the seller for 2 weeks to get a refund and I still cannot get them send a pick up order for it to be returned. I believe they are pushing me until the return window closes.

Built very well. This is a replacement of a like gazebo that needed to be replaced due to broken welds and eventually failed. This one has reinforced points that I believe will hold up much longer. Update… 2 weeks later. Found a bad fail point on the leg extensions, they are screwed together with shallow plastic connector. The legs stayed bolted to the ground but the canopy detached at the extensions and flipped over and bent some brackets. Best to add screw to the extensions or tape it real good. Other than that failure, it is still but well.

It worked great for a year but when high winds came through the welds snapped. Unfortunately they only offer a one year warranty. Great product if you’re willing to spend $300 for a years worth of use
