  • Awesome deal for the price
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10x12
This was a great deal, for the price, you are getting a very sturdy canopy. I did a lot of research and found this item, which met my expectation. I wanted something affordable yet sturdy to last a year. Don't buy the pop up tent, it will disappoint you because they can't handle the rain and will crumble. This canopy, you have to assemble together which took less then an hour with two people. The frame is pretty rigid and well design. There are holes in the fabric to prevent water build up which will ruin your fabric. This design is very nice because the canopy can be move from one spot to another. Also, since it is 10X12 it is better than a 10X10. The size of this item is much better. Just to update: the canopy went through a storm with no issue. Also, I forgot to mention how easy and simple it was to put it together. It tool two people less then an hour and instructions were straight forward. ... show more

  • Attractive Shade Canopy
Color: Dark Gray Size: 11x11
This is our second time purchasing this item, and we love it. The previous one lasted 4 years, and the shade was starting to look a bit dingy, but was working fine until we dropped a large tree branch on it, ripped a hole in the canopy and bent the frame (it was a BIG branch!) And even with a bent frame, it stayed upright and sturdy (I included a photo of the old one so you can see the extent of the damage that it withstood). I'm hoping this new one will last as well or better, since it is a dark gray instead of tan like the previous one, which showed the staining through the light fabric. The steel frame & canopy top are sturdy, and stand up to all our NorCal weather storms just fine. Assembly is pretty straightforward, with all parts labeled and clear picture directions. Two people can manage it easily. That said, it is definitely meant to stay up, not a portable tent-style. If you're looking for an attractive, sturdy, durable and relatively inexpensive gazebo/canopy for your yard, I highly recommend this one. ... show more

  • So great I bought two
Color: Dark Gray Size: 11x11
This is my second MASTERCANOPY gazebo, and the first one lasted a solid three years—impressive for being exposed to the elements year-round. The steel frame is stable, and the overall durability is great for the price. While no gazebo lasts forever, this one holds up well through multiple seasons. Easy to assemble and provides great shade. Worth the purchase if you need a reliable, budget-friendly option! ... show more

  • Some things you need to know!
1. You MUST, MUST, MUST tie this down! Screw it, nail it, stake it, sand bag it - it WILL blow away and be destroyed in a strong wind! 2. The canopy has the potential to catch water, sag and be permanently damaged in a heavy rain - be prepared to burn weep holes before it’s too late! I sprayed mine with hyperbolic water repellent as a precaution but still watch it carefully and take it down if heavy rain threatens. 3. A nice addition was recently made to the frame, however, now the original top canopy is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to install without a modification to the frame. Easy enough to do but very frustrating 4. Replacement parts or canopies are not available. If they are missing or damaged be prepared to return the entire gazebo. 5. Master Canopy has made it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. No phone, no e-mail address, no customer service. They have gone out of their way to make sure they can not be contacted! 6. If you can get past all that, it’s a very sturdy canopy and I expect to get a few years out of it - which is probably standard life for this kind of product at this price. ... show more

  • NICE gazebo in the size I needed
So far I really like this gazebo! it was easy to put together and I was able to put the fabric top on alone. It included the tools to assemble. A second person to hold things and assemble the frame definitely helps. This style is sturdier and easier to put together then the previous style I had that had corner shelves. The simple round legs it makes it easier to to walk in and out from under it without the large corner obstacle. Time will tell how long it lasts but so far very happy. UPDATE: It has been 3 years and this Gazebo is still holding up well. Michigan weather and no rust so far. The cover is faded on top but still no holes. We remove the cover in December when snow is coming but leave the frame up then put the fabric cover back on in April. I now have two of these. One screwed down to our deck at home and one up north on a cement patio. I used large plastic pots under each leg and filled with rocks to hold it down and it has worked great and looks nice. ... show more

  • Canopy pools with rain and stretches/sags fabric
Color: Black Size: 10x12
I’ve had this gazebo for a little over a year now and it has unfortunately given me issues since the start. I had a different brand’s gazebo previously, but a (rare) windstorm took it out, so I purchased this one to replace it. With the first spring rainfall, we quickly found out that the fabric is not resistant to rain. Water started dripping through the covered area from all parts of the canopy almost immediately (it doesn’t fall right through, but instead, slow drips through the fabric). Rain also started pooling in an area on top of the canopy to where it stretched the fabric and now it sags in that area. We had to prop it up with a wood plank to keep it from collecting more water. The canopy was installed properly and stretched appropriately to fit the top as instructed. Now, a year later, there are an additional two areas, for a total of three, that collect water when it rains and to continue to have to use wood planks to prop up areas of the canopy take away from its streamlined design. I had my previous gazebo (similar style, different brand) for almost two years and never had this issue with the canopy on that one. I’m not sure if this is a manufacturer defect or just characteristic of this specific gazebo, but it’s quite frustrating and we will not be purchasing from this brand again. ... show more
