Wow! This is the canopy I needed and wanted, I just didn't know it sooner. It replaces one we had from another brand--I would, coulda, and shoulda bought this one instead! It was easy to construct and easily done by one strong person. I used a step ladder to help. It's sturdy and has already held up well to spring winds. I like that the upper part has netting--my previous one had side netting but nothing at the top to stop bugs from getting in. My previous one also had short side screens This one has longer screens that touch the deck and then some. The nets tie back easily as well. You can tie back one side without having to tie back the entire netting. So if you want three sides closed and one side open (for some reason), the two open panels have tie-backs to the corner poles. The solid pieces are decorative only--there is no privacy curtain. These tie to the pole as well. All neat and clean. Is it bug proof? No, but as we've sat out a few nights now, we've seen few small gnats, a flying ant (could have crawled in), and one other bug. Nowhere near the amount our older one allowed in. We love it! Also, other models required pulling and stretching the cover to get them on the roof posts. Our older one (different brand!) tore as we took it down for the winter and then had to fight to put it back on. This one has tension adjustable ends that allow you to put it on, then stretch it in place. We'll have to wait and see how it weathers the sun and winter storage but for now, no complaints! The only drawback is that we didn't get it sooner.

Call all through assembling everything and the canopy is nowhere near big enough to fit into the poles and Amazon will not support their product in the slightest. I will no longer be a customer of Amazon Stuck with a tent that doesn't cover at all

We ordered this gazebo for our uncovered patio and it suites it perfectly! It sets off our patio with a lovely cozy ambiance. It looks great, is well thought out in terms of how it looks and the ambiance it brings to any space, and it’s very cozy to use (even in those cooler nights). That being said be aware if you deal with wind you will need weights to hold and stabilize the legs if you don’t intend to steak it into the ground. The box the gazebo arrives in is pretty heavy. The assembly took us probably close to an hour maybe even an hour and a half including complete unboxing, assembly, rearranging and pick up. The instructions really could use some improvements. I found that we did a couple steps prematurely which made the next steps confusing because we jumped ahead in how we understood/interpreted the previous step. The instructions were not the easiest to follow. We figured them out as we went but, the instructions could be better. There are a couple issues with this gazebo that it would've been nice to not have to deal with. First, on the first two steps of assembly, there is one piece of the Gazebo frame that does not sit or align properly. It's not fitted together symmetrically like it should be. It ended up not being as much of a problem as I expected it would be but, none the less it did complicate connecting it with the other part of the frame that needed to fit together with the misaligned piece. We got it to work but, it took more effort, patience and strength than it should have. Another issue was that two of the metal frames that were supposed to connect simply just didn't fit. We had to file the inside of the large frame to make fit the smaller connecting frame piece fit (in addition to using some brute force). The mosquito net was note really clearly defined on how it was supposed to slide into place. We did have to rearrange the net twice before we actually figured out exactly how it was supposed to go on the gazebo. Additionally, the canvas tops was a challenge to get into place. The upper most canvas top (the one that helps with ventilation) actually completely tore trying to get it into place. So now our gazebo top doesn't fit or sit like it should and when it rains rain does come inside the gazebo because that uppermost canvas top doesn't seal or sit like it should (see 4th photo). While trying to place the four corners of the largest canvas top we could hear the stitching ripping. I'm honestly thankful that didn't tear during assembly because that would've ruined the entire gazebo. And lastly as I already said it would be nice if the instructions were more clear and descriptive to streamline assembly. The canvas material could be upgraded to make this gazebo feel a bit more durable. Despite the issues with assembly we do love this gazebo once it’s fully constructed. From the way it looks, to the environment/atmosphere it helps to establish. Once fully assembled it does feel light weight but the gazebo does come with steaks to be able to secure it more and stabilize it to the ground if you intend to use on a non pavemented surface. Since we’re keeping this on our paved patio we ordered to get some weights for this gazebo to stabilize it though the seasonal winds. If you have this gazebo on a paved patio surface and you deal with winds it definitely needs some weight added to the four legs. The day after we set this gazebo up it did rain. The gazebo would actually be pretty comfortable in the rain. The only water that actually got in was around the bottom edges of the mosquito netting and the corner on the top of our gazebo where the upper canvas is not secure because it's torn. The gazebo does not tolerate high winds well on its own. The very next night we had a wind storm and a few pieces of the frame actually bent because of the winds. I think there was even one piece that actually broke on the frame. Fortunately thanks to the outstanding AMAZON customer service they replaced our gazebo and we’re thrilled about that. That being said its of the utmost importance you have the right weights ready for this gazebo upon set up. Even one day late can be a problem if you get an unexpected wind storm like we did. The canvas held up just fine and didn’t further tear so the canvas is a little more sturdy than I expected but, I did discover the frame isn’t as sturdy as I expected. Despite the mishap with the wind we do enjoy this Gazebo. We have a little table top fire place we bring out in this gazebo which helps create this perfect ambiance for being outside and enjoying the weather and our space together. Despite the issues I still like this gazebo. I’m still happy with it and would order it again. It would be nice to see some upgrades but, there’s a lot I do appreciate about having this gazebo too. It does enhance our space and we do really enjoy the ambience it brings. It does need weights (or to be staked down) and thats important to consider when ordering this gazebo.

Great quality., durable and looks great. I assembled the whole canopy myself except for the part to put the legs on to raise it. I couldn't be more happier. However, I am thinking of adding lights inside because it gets dark dry l at night, of course. So my plan is to find solar light. Hope it will work.

For the short time I had my gazebo, I loved it. I ordered a 10x12 but received a 8x10. Checking the site, it showed they were out of the size I ordered. For two weeks, I lived my gazebo. We had a mico burst and away went my new purchase. The only suggestion I would have for the company would be to use metal feet that you screw the legs to the ground, deck, or whatever surface you are securing the gazebo to.
