Great massage chair. I looked at many to choose from both on Amazon and elsewhere and I settled on this one. Sturdy, easy to setup. Compact.. and easy to leave setup at home if I choose, as it fits nicely in one corner of my family room. I purchased this for personal at home massage in the family... but it would easily work for professional level work where portability is required. Well constructed, fairly easy to setup and take down, and the luggage case that comes with it works well for storing and transporting. Note: this is a classic rolling firm-sided canvas luggage bag.. which is fine in my view.. even though the photos show a hardbody case. I bought a massage chair not for the luggage but for the chair. Both frame and pads are well made and the pads are quite comfortable. Adjustability features are good, though I would prefer just a bit more height adjustment range on the arm rests. But overall.. it can be quickly adjusted for a particular body requirement of the person you are giving massage to. There were no choice of colors when I purchased on Amazon.. but the blue was my preference anyway so no big deal for me at all. Very competitive pricing on Amazon... as usual. I bought this for professional use after deciding to upgrade my previous chair. It was between this and the Dolphin II. I perform on average 6 hours of chair massage a week, primarily neck and shoulders with a lot of pressure. The face cradle on this sucker is STRONG so I feel very secure using force and don't have to worry about the cradle giving out and decapitating my client. The cushions are incredibly comfortable and clients immediately noticed. I love the adjustability of this chair. The removable legs are great for people with knee pain. Drop the seat and no more squatting and awkwardly backing out/ tripping all over themselves and the chair. That is awesome and all chairs should offer this feature. The suitcase carrier is worth $100 alone. Excellent quality, all the way down to the washable liner and 360* swivel wheels. I was definitely nervous about spending this much money on a brand I really didn't know and with such few reviews, but I am so glad I did. I've used a lot of name brand chairs, you know the big brands... and to be honest, this one is way more comfortable for myself and my clients. ... show more

Very easy to unbox and set up - took less than 5 minutes and no tools needed. Likes: - The storage/carrying case is lightweight and easy to roll. - Seems solidly built. - Easy to adjust — almost all adjustments quickly lock in place by flipping levers, instead of screws or knobs (there are two knobs for adjusting the length of the headrest, all other adjustments are with levers). - The cushions are deep and made of vinyl that feels like buttery leather. - Feels solid and secure — no squeaks or shaking. - Surprisingly light weight. When the chair is packed in the carrying case, it weighs less than a large suitcase packed with clothing. - Infinite tilt angle and depth adjustments for the chest and face rests. Could be better: - The seat has only one height. - The chest support can slide forward and back, but no height adjustment. - The knee rest’s angle can’t be adjusted. - Very strong chemical odor (formaldehyde?) when new; allow a day for it to air out before using. ... show more

I bought this chair back in 2019– and it’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever used. I participated at a wellness event along with 6-7 other massage therapists and they all raved about the chair! It’s not a rinky-dink chair like the some of the other LMT’s had. This chair has great stability, the cushions are of a good size, and are made with dense comfortable foam. Even their massage tables are comparable to Earthlite. If you’re looking for a great, solid and comfortable chair for your clients, this is the one!! ... show more

I'm regrettably writing this to request a replacement chair for the one I just received. After even dealing with delayed shipment issues with FedEx due to required signature that I wasn't aware of needing, I received a damaged item. I've attached a picture of the damaged area - I refused to open packaging further; the box itself was quite beat up as well. I've been looking forward to coming home and setting up and playing around with my new chair for a few days.. and while the damages could've been on FedEx's end, I'm highly disappointed in this whole process as is and it's not leaving the best first impression with Master Massage, unfortunately. It is a self-contained unit for mobile massage or to use in your own gym. Great for those needed massages of sore muscles, headaches and so on. Easy to learn its adjustments. Great case for it, too.

First of all don’t order expecting the hard case that’s shown in ad! I called master massage to ask about the hard case after receiving my first chair with nylon case. Master massage informed me that they no longer use the hard cases and that the black nylon is the newer model!! Beside the bag not being what I wanted the chair itself is awesome! It’s huge, sturdy and the most comfortable massage chair I’ve ever sat in. To save quite a few bucks purchase the burgundy color. I see the blue just keeps rising in price. I’m overall very pleased with the chair but not so much with Amazon on this order. ... show more
