just received this pen and i have to say its pretty awesome. Packaged well, both batteries were fully charged and ready to go. I like the fact i can just plug the batteries in a c-phone charger which pretty much everyone has one laying around these days. I personally like the weight, it may be slightly heavier than some cheaper models, but this pen oozes quality and is well balanced. There are two handgrip options that come in the box. i chose to use the one with the shaped ridges, easier for me to hold steady for small work. I only use RL needles for what I do, and so far I love it. Super quiet, smooth. I can't speak for longevity (it only came today). But I've ran it steady for a couple hours and still had over 80% life on the battery. a lot of adjustability, such as stroke, voltage, and needle depth, and i'm sure others i've not seen yet. easy to read screen. overall nice quality, great bang for the buck!

This is a beautiful machine. I have never used this pen style machine before ,but seems great so far . A few hours practicing on practice skin and only used about 10% of battery. I love the limited edition green colors. Comes with 20 needles, 10-5rl & 10- 5rs. Wish it would have came with some mags.

Works great, Little heavier than I am used to, but being bulky is a great trade for not having to deal with the hassle of wires and a foot pedal. Wish I would have swapped my old one out years ago, but you know how it is when you get comfortable with something, it's hard to give it up.

So far so good. Easy to adjust stroke and needle depth while also being able to keep the screen where you need it. Touch screen works fine with gloves and machine cover. A little heavy, but didn’t give me hand fatigue over a 45 minute session. Battery only went down 5% or so of doing linework at 7.5v. Comes as a nice presentation- fancy box and whatnot.
