Update to my previous review: I emailed the company and this morning I had a response to my issue and they sent me detailed directions on trouble shooting. We did as instructed and the lamp is now working. I shall add that this lamp is amazing. The color of the shade is beautiful and I am in love with the Raven. It is so worth the expense. 3 things. 1- it’s a pain in the but to take this lamp out of the box and separate the packaging. 2- after putting everything together, I was so excited only to realize the lamp didn’t work. None of the 3 light bulbs turn on. 3- the Raven is cute. That one did work and turn on just fine. 4- I tried trouble shooting switching to different outlet, trying different bulbs, but sadly nothing worked. 5- my biggest disappointed came when I tried calling the customer service number listed, only to get a recording that is not that clear telling me to leave a message. I am not looking forward trying to put this lamp back in its box to send it back. I was so excited about it. You’d think that for such an expensive item, they’d do some quality control and make sure lamp worked before shipping. This is a true disappointment on everything with this purchase from the product itself, to the non existent customer service ... show more

Expensive but so worth it. I love it. I especially love the little Raven that I use as a little nightlight in the room. The only reason I didn’t read it at five is because of the price. The price is a little over the top. But I wanted to treat myself.

The wife loves it. We enjoy the option to just have the raven lit to use as a night light. Durable. A little curious about the special light bulb for the raven though and how long it’ll last. Ordering a replacement might be a pain

this is beautiful. the instructions were clear and it was easily put together. the raven itself isn't very bright but its cute, nonetheless. it is fragile and does need cleaned with the microfiber cloth as it collects dust like crazy. i don't use the foot switch nor the turn knob as i have it plugged into an electrical socket that is controlled by the light switch. i also looped the hanging chains around the bars to shorten them so they aren't seen. ... show more
