We purchased this table with the reasonable cost in mind and the reviews for comfortability. We weren't disappointed. It arrived promptly. Although it looked a little lightweight for us (we are both tall people who are 170 and 230 lbs), it is definitely sturdy enough to hold our weight. The padding is adequate, and the adjustable headrest and side arms are a breeze to attach and maneuver. The only thing I would suggest is to be sure to check the screw bolts on the legs periodically, as we found they will loosen when the table is folded up and taken down a lot. (My SO lives in a different town, so this table gets transported back and forth.) We've agreed it was a good investment.

My Physical Therapist recommended that I get a portable massage table to use for my home exercise program for my back. I found this one and it had a lot of good reviews so I thought I would try it. I ordered it on a Monday and had it by Thursday! It was very easy to set up and to adjust the height. I put it on the lowest height to make it easier for me to get on and off of it. I'm heavy so I was worried that it might not take my weight so I was cautious the first time I used it for my exercises. I didn't need to worry because it is very sturdy and I had no problems doing my exercises on it. It sure beats trying to get up and down off the ground to do some of the exercises and now I can do them all on the table. So glad that I got this table and that I am better able to do my exercises. I would recommend this table to anyone who is looking for one to use in that manner. I'm very happy with it!

My husband and I absolutely love this massage table purchased for our own personal use. It's so lightweight and easy to move! It's also easy to wipe down and clean. I love the removable pad that offers the 'face in hole' feature! When the pad is removed, the hole is wide enough that you don't end up with mascara all over your face! I also love the fact that it holds up to 450 lbs......not that we need that, but it really gives you a sense of security! The removable side 'arms' really make this table incredibly comfortable! Whether you're on your back or on your stomach, this table is really comfortable! And finally, I wanted a cover for the table, so I took a set of twin sheets, cut a hole in the fitted sheet which fit perfectly. We use the flat sheet for warmth and a cover.
