To be honest, I didn't buy this office chair for work—I bought it for napping. My old chair didn't have a footrest, so whenever I wanted to catch a quick nap after lunch, I never knew what to do with my legs. This new chair solves that problem perfectly: the backrest reclines far enough for me to fully stretch out, and the footrest actually supports my legs without me having to scoot forward.
