This was good for the money just for comfort and recline. The massage part not so much. It is nothing but vibration. No kneeding, rolling, etc. I would consider that a massage. Considering one could ride a four wheeler or old truck and get the same sense. :) The cushion quality is good but wouldn't consider it the amount of money good. Definitely not recommended for someone that spends a lot of time at their desk, like I do. I spend any where between 10 to 12 hours a day and there are times when I need to either put a blanket down or get up and let it decompress. It was very easy to put together. It took me about 15 minutes. Not bed. However, I absolutely love the recline and foot rest features. The ease to use the foot rest is prolly better than most I have tried. I do wish though that it would lock into place when the foot rest was up so I wouldn't spin. 😀 ... show more

The chair is well made, and the tilt feature is a plus, but the footrest is 2 1/2 inches too short, and the remote control for the massage feature is defective. Its selector buttons are nonfunctional, and in order to turn the massage feature off, you must unplug the unit. The vendor has promised to replace the RC free of charge. We shall see... ... show more

Easy to put together and well made. My 80lb 7 year old started climbing all over it right after it was put together, leaning on the arm rests...putting all of his weight on the foot rest... leaning clear back... and nothing loosened or broke. I've had it about a month and he uses it frequently, and is very hard on things, and nothing has loosened or broke. He has also never managed to tip it over. I do find that it can be a little uncomfortable if using for long periods of time but I'm a very thin person so I need more cushion than most probably would. For the price this was the best cushion I was able to find, anything better cost at least twice as much as this. As for the massage function, it is vibration massage more than anything. It has roller balls in it but they don't really move like you may expect. This was my only negative opinion about this chair. I cannot use vibration massage with muscular degeneration and it should better describe that in the product description, rather than making people think it's something it's not. ... show more

The chair arrived earlier than expected, and was securely packed. I was a little overwhelmed when I first unboxed the item and thought it would be difficult to assemble, however, the instructions were awesome and assembly wasn’t a hassle at all. The chair is sturdy. The vibrations are loud so I would not recommend having it on during meetings. As for the quality of the vibrations, I would give it a 3/5 because it’s very slight and doesn’t feel as though it makes much of a difference which I can’t complain too much since it was only $159. I do not like the foot rest, it is very flimsy. Overall, I like the chair but there is definitely room for improvement. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money

I received this chair as a christmas present and wanted to give it amble use time before writing a review. After almost 3 months of use, my onpion is the same as it was the first day. YUCK! 1. the arms of this chair are plastic and screw into sides of the plastic back and plastic seat form. Unlike most expensive office chairs, the arms are not part of a metal brace attached "under" the seat for secure use. The screwdriver included in this box remains on my desk as I must tighten the screws ever week or so as the arms become loose. 2. the seat of the chair is like sitting on a block of wood and very uncomfortable. I'm assuming that the seat is hard because of the so called "massage' ability, but i've had to place throw pillow in my seat in order to use it for work the entire day. 3. the massage option is a plug-in cord that is highly unsafe for anyone else in the office. I can't leave it plugged it at all times as the cord would trip anyone that needed to get by my desk. 4. the actual massage functions are "okay" but definitely not something that is useful for very long. 5. after only a few months use the hydraulic lift is already going bad. The chair suddenly drops the bottom everyday at least twice without notice and could really cause injury to some people. Save your money and find a better option. It's too late for me to return this chair, but I don't expect it will have much life left in it and I can find a new one. ... show more

I feel that this item is priced too high. It is ok at best. Doesn't seem like the vibration function will last for years. Sometimes when I turn on the vibration it immediately cuts off. This chair is cheap and overvalued.

Bought big man chair, GREAT CHAIR, at the same time. Then the massage chair and it was defective. Arms attachment was defective. Set up to return the chair...however my son passed away in the process. So I missed the point to return the chair. That’s my review.
