I don't often leave reviews but I must say for the price it was super easy to install and the quality is not perfect but it's very acceptable for what you are paying for. I was so excited to get this chair. When I took it out of the box to assemble it, it had a broken piece where the one leg attaches. However the leg that was there was not broken. It just could not be assembled. I did add a base from an old chair of mine and that worked well. Other than that the chair is very comfortable. Good product I just wish it hadn't come broken..

First of all it did not go together well, secondly it is fairly flimsy, but I tossed the box and figured it was going to be comfortable. However, the reason I bought the chair was because it has massage capability, but the remote that came with it does not plug into the cord attached to the chair- the plug on the chair is a single male end and the plug on the remote is a multi-pin female end. When I contacted Amazon they said my only option was to return the chair, but I could contact the manufacturer directly for a new remote and they would give me a partial refund. So I accepted the refund and contacted the manufacturer, but it turns out the emails they have listed are not correct, I can't contact them so I'm stuck with a chair that does not work and I can't return it because I tossed the box. If I could only find an adapter...but there doesn't seem to be one. What a waste of money!

I'm not a gamer, but I have sat on a different gaming chair once and I loved how it helped with my posture and made my back feel better. I am a thrifter, and found this chair at a very good price, and the massage sold me. Putting it together wasn't that hard. I found it to be sturdy. The massage is a bit weak, but I don't mind it especially for the cost. Love the neck, and lumbar support(bad back) including the reclining. I feel like this chair is just going to be used for the back massage instead of office or gaming purposes. The massage remote has different modes, it made me feel like I was in a massage chair in a nail salon but a bit tuned down (what did you expect for the price?) All in all I am satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this gaming chair that cost over $200 and it came with these two pieces broken. So right now I’m not happy or pleased that it came shipped like this and I waited a week for it. The chair works great and it was easy to set up but I’m still upset that I had two broken pieces for my chair come shipped like that.

I love the design of the chair. Others with the same amenities are bulky and don’t navigate around tight spaces as easily. The massage feature is the golden goose. There’s not a lot of wires all over the place. My husband is one foot taller than me and the is able to accommodate both of our heights. The two of us switch back and forth and the chair adjusts without any issues.
