I love this vitamin. when i take it i can tell a huge difference in my mood, general well-being and especially my sleep. I can tell a huge difference in my sleep patterns from when i do and don’t take this vitamin. I sleep so well and feel rested. I tried switching to another liquid vitamin when it was out of stock and it wasn’t at all the same. I think it has the least offensive taste of any liquid vitamins out there. This is a must have for me!

I was previously taking Mary Ruth's morning multivitamin & I absolutely loved it. When I went to order it again I saw that they had a multivitamin for women, so I thought perfect let me try this one. When I received it I was shocked to see the bottle was literally half the size as the morning one & it actually cost more! As far as the taste I thought it tasted amazing! I read comments on how bad ppl thought it tasted but I really enjoyed it. I guess it's just a personal preference. It's a lot thicker than the morning vitamin but I actually like it better. I look forward to taking it every morning. You only need to take 1 tablespoon whereas the morning one you need to take 2. I've been on it now for a couple weeks & I can't say I notice any difference from the morning versus the women's. Maybe it just hasn't been long enough yet. But due to pricing of the women's & size I think my next order I'll go back to the morning vitamin. It doesn't make sense to me to spend more money on the women's one when it's half the size as the morning vitamin. I would have totally given this product a five-star review if it wasn't for the pricing & size of the bottle.

I used the MaryRuth's Liposomal 40+ multivitamin in this same flavor, Vanilla Peach. It was PERFECT! Then that went out of stock so I had to choose another one. I figured I'd have the same experience with this vitamin... how much different could it be? Yikes... I can barely bring myself to take this one because of the awful aftertaste it leaves with me for the rest of the day! It's hard to describe, but it tastes like old rendered animal fat if that makes sense? And then to rift and burp it up through the day just brings it all back (literally!). Something is "off" about this one. I'm not a squeamish person, nor a complainer, but I wish I had known this before ordering something expensive like this beforehand. A multivitamin is only good when someone takes it consistently, and I have to force myself to use this up.

I've been taking liquid vitamins for some time. I just prefer liquid over the pill form as I general feel sluggish (GI) taking the pill forms or have issues with how large the pills tend to be. I thought I would give Mary Ruth women's vitamin a try. I was a little worried about it not being a complete vitamin and the possible need to supplement with other products. Unfortunately, this liquid vitamin gives me the worst fish burps from the marine algal oil and I am not a fan of the overall taste of the vitamin which to me is over powering. In general liquid vitamins don't taste good but this one tastes like they are trying to overcome the bad taste by over powering other flavors to cover up that the vitamin will not taste well in its own. Kind of like when someone trys to hard to cover up bad smells with an overwhelming amount of air freshener. Some may enjoy this vitamin but for me, I think I would stick to the Mary Ruth's morning vitamins or another complete liquid vitamin.

Tastes great and easy to swallow. Consistency is on the thicker side but not hard to swallow. Digests easily and absorbs so much quicker than a pill. Same price on Amazon as the MRO website. A little on the pricey side for a daily vitamin. Would recommend if your budget allows.

I am allergic to iodine so finding a multivitamin is a an absolute PAIN!!! I had bariatric surgery last year so I need a multivitamin. I finally found this. The flavor is a little strong but I can get it down and keep it down . Just wish it wasn’t so expensive!!!
