I have been feeling a lot better lately so I think the benefits of this being slow absorption are helping better than a pill or gummy form of multivitamins. Of course food will be the best choice but food that provides all of those nutrients is so hard to find in our modern diets and food nowadays is so trash. So this helps out where my food choices lack. It is expensive but I do feel you are getting a good vitamin so. The taste I’m not too crazy about. I’ve gotten use to it but it taste like apple sauce which I don’t like. ... show more

Horrible taste. It has a fish smell and taste. Almost as if it was a fish oil supplement. When vegan products have that smell it usually means it's spoiled. I'll give the gummies a try as the liquid version is not for me.

Will.buy again. My doctor order a multi-vitamin and I was taking a pill. The pills are to big. I tried the minis but they require taking with food. The liquid taste great, are easy to swallow and this particular brand has some third party testing that I like.
