Not cheap and doesn’t taste great — you really need to shake it well before taking or you will get all the liposomal stuff (I think that is what tastes especially bad) at the beginning. That being said I did notice an improvement in mood, energy levels, nails, skin and hair growth almost immediately, so it is worth staying with it. New hair growth has been remarkable.

I have a lot more energy and less brain fog however it has opened up my appetite as I find myself getting hungry more often and it is very sweet.... Whenever taking supplements/multivitamins my urine is always a neon yellow. I've been told this is due to your body processing out the excess or whatever. In the back of my head, knowing I tend to be nutrient deficient for D and B vitamins, I wonder why my body would process vitamins out that I NEED. With these vitamins my urine is not even a hint of neon yellow. Maybe it's in my head, but it makes me feel better thinking I'm actually getting the benefits of the supplements I spend so much money on. On a side note, these do not make me feel nauseous at all. A bit strong flavor, but I dilute it in my morning green drink and it makes both taste better. I'm really hoping for an Almond Cookie or salted Caramel flavor in the future.

I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I'm starting to see new growth in my hairline already. I also feel better than I have in a long time. I'm not exhausted when I get home from work and my house is cleaner than it's been in a while because I actually have energy and don't want to crash on the couch. Personally, I think the taste is terrible (I don't care for fruity or tarte flavors) but it's worth powering through. I've already ordered my next bottle.

I have 2 babies 13 months apart, my hair was falling off by the handful everyday, I had super thick hair so I didn't care until my ponny tail was 1/10 of what it used to be, after 4 years of having my last baby, it didn't seem to stop I was getting holes in my head and still every day I shower or brush a handful of hair will come out, well I've taking this for 2 weeks and since the first week my hair stop falling off, everyday I shower I loss like 3 hairs and that's it, I used to clean the drain every other day, not anymore I notice some baby hairs but I'm just thrilled that I'm not loosing my hair anymore 100% worth it, I've even tried minoxidil but still was growing and falling off at the same rate, is pricey but I'll keep drinking it everyday, the taste is ok, is just the oil consistency and after taste, but nothing crazy bad. So I'll keep buying it and recommending it

The media could not be loaded. I’m a fan of this liquid vitamin, the ingredients, and the quality Mary Ruth brand is known for. However all 4 of my kids said this particular flavor is “not good” and none of them are eager to take their daily dose. Hopefully we can get through the bottle and sadly will switch to something else. I tasted it myself and it does have a bit of a sourness to the flavor that is unexpected and not altogether pleasant. This multivitamin does not come with a measuring spoon either so be sure that you have one on hand. The liquid shoots out of the dispenser, making it difficult to avoid overflowing a traditional measuring spoon. No matter how gently I squeeze the bottle, it goes right from nothing to full blast.

I have taken a lot of medicines in my life, but never anything that tasted this hideous. I had a relative also take a taste and they said it was "wretched". So, I'll mix it with something and hopefully it will help my thinning hair. I'll update my review in a few weeks when I see if I have results.
