For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. This little thing is mighty. The mattress is comfortable. Honestly the best deal for a bed set like this on Amazon. Customer service is amazing through Amazon, the first time I ordered, the base never came. They immediately refunded me, and I ordered again, and it was here in a couple days. It’s HEAVY, 120 lbs for the base, but it couldn’t be more simple to put together! Once it’s all together, it dropped right into my chosen bed frame. I love the massage feature, it’s so soothing to me. It’s just a light vibration, it’s not too noisy. But it makes me feel so grounded. I love to turn it on while meditating. It’s wonderful. Easy to set up and use. I purchased this for a hip surgery. It helps me get in and out of bed easier and just a fantastic frame. You have to connect some of the cables so if you aren’t comfortable with doing it, have some extra hands. It’s super easy to attach the cables though. It is also heavy so I recommend two people, unlike myself who just rolled it from one end of the house to the other. Lol. The height is perfect and as described. It’s very sturdy as well. It functions as it should and I would recommend this bed frame. 10/10 ... show more

I’m giving it 4 stars only because I haven’t slept on it yet but I set mine up today. Wicked easy! Also wicked heavy but I got it up a flight of stairs and set up by myself! Mattress is comfy, I laid on it once I set it up and tested out the up and down! Looking forward to my first night sleeping in it later! ... show more

I had tried to convince my wife to get an adjustable frame for years before she finally did it but now that she has one she swears she won't be able to go back. So after I started having back pain I said you know what, sleep is 1/3 of my life I'm doing one too. But I wanted the full monty so I went for this one, wireless remote, massage, all the bells and whistles. Now I don't use it every single night but when I need it, it does wonders. Plus it beats the heck out of not being able to adjust your bed at all. It's extremely sturdy (even though its a little heavy, but you want it to be heavy so it can support you) and I haven't heard it creak once. The little kid in me also secretly loves the massage feature. I remember going to hotels as a kid and never being able to afford the quarter into the massage machine so this allows my inner child to have a blast! Plus I could be crazy but I feel like the massage is so strong it actually is making a difference. I can't tell you how much better I sleep with this frame. The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically. I also found a nifty little "hack" with this frame if you want to be able to use a twin mattress rather than the recommended twin XL: you just rotated the bracket at the bottom 180 degrees and it holds a twin perfectly and fits exactly how it should! ... show more
