For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. I would recommend it to my friends.

I have to be honest and tell you I was EXTREMELY skeptical about ordering such a high price item from Amazon. This is definitely the most expensive purchase ive made at one time. I bought the queen MS01 Adjustable bed with massage and the 12" which cooling gel mattress as a set. It was on sale so I got the set for just under $700. It came a day earlier than expected. It arrived by UPS. it is very heavy. 130lb for the frame. 70lbs for the mattress. My delivery driver did bring into the house for me bc it was raining the day it was delivered. I greatly appreciated that. My husband and I took it upstairs and set it up very quickly. The longest part was decided with height of legs we wanted bc we have a chihuahua with bed steps that we had to allow for. It works perfectly. It has underbed light. Quiet adjustment. The massage has 3 levels of intensity as well as several mode type to cycle thru. The massage is a little loud but nothing that is a deal breaker. I dont have to adjust my tv volume or anything like that. Its actual really soothing to be honest. Now downstairs it can be heard and might be noticeable if anyone was down there but its just me and the hubby and we go to bed together so its fine. He woke up earlier than me to go down and make coffee and said he could hear it downstairs when I turned it on. The zero gravity head and foot adjustment preset is my favorite setting. It has 2 extra memory setting button for you to set up your own settings. I can only say i am VEYOND THRILLED with this purchase. If you are thinking about it just do it. I love this bed and mattress.

I would give this a Twelve stars. Received it a day earlier than expected, Was packaged well, all the parts were zip tied to frame. It comes fully assembled except the easy to screw on legs. It is well made, heavy duty material, hooked up the cable, plugged it in and everything works as stated. Having never used an adjustable bed before I now find myself sleeping on my back most of the night, have always been a side sleeper. Found the right adjustment level and noticed it does help with my hip joint pain at night. It has also greatly reduced the swelling in my legs, which was my main reason for buying it. I have no complaints. Having bought 100's of items online with a return rate of about 20 percent because they did meet advertised expectations. I am very happy with this product. There is no creaking or wobble and looks like it will give me many years of return on my money. As others have mentioned it is a bit heavy as everything is in one box so have someone lined up to help you move it. Based on quoted prices at furniture stores, this is a reasonable price to pay.

This little thing is mighty. The mattress is comfortable. Honestly the best deal for a bed set like this on Amazon. Customer service is amazing through Amazon, the first time I ordered, the base never came. They immediately refunded me, and I ordered again, and it was here in a couple days. It’s HEAVY, 120 lbs for the base, but it couldn’t be more simple to put together! Once it’s all together, it dropped right into my chosen bed frame. I love the massage feature, it’s so soothing to me. It’s just a light vibration, it’s not too noisy. But it makes me feel so grounded. I love to turn it on while meditating. It’s wonderful. Highly recommend the set, mattress, with the vibrating bed base. The remote is awesome too.
