This scooter is fantastic. It has a great battery life, my mom used it all day at an amusement park and it still had over half a charge. It was easy to put together, easy to use and rides nice and smooth. It is built very solid and folds down to fit in the back of a car. Update(about a week later) I'm upping my rating from 2 to 4 stars just for the sheer excellence of the customer service I experienced. The communication was excellent and options for return were more than reasonable. I also feel that the scooter itself is good. There's nothing wrong with it. Just can't use it indoors. Maybe they could rethink that turning radius at 19 inches. I don't believe that too be the case. {I think I put too much stock into this scooter. I got it for my mom for the extra leg room which it does have. On the surface, it is a good scooter BUT! it's not very inside the home friendly. It's like driving a Mac truck. So many 3 point turn corrections. In other words, the turn radius is crap. Probably great outside though. It also does not have a good stop mechanism. When you let go of the handle, it keeps going for a little bit causing frontal bumps. I really thought this was gonna be better than it is, and don't get me wrong, it is a good "outdoor" scooter. Scooter arrived on time and very well packaged. I'm 60 and it took me just over an hour to put together. It was very simple and I didn't realize how much time had passed. It's a nice shiny red. I love my mobility scooter. I can get out and go to events. It goes really good on blacktop and grass. It goes ok in gravel. Little rough sometimes gets stuck in gravel. The price was also good for. I’m on fixed income. It fits in to my svu good. It is made cheap.
