I have to be honest and tell you I was EXTREMELY skeptical about ordering such a high price item from Amazon. This is definitely the most expensive purchase ive made at one time. I bought the queen MS01 Adjustable bed with massage and the 12" which cooling gel mattress as a set. It was on sale so I got the set for just under $700. It came a day earlier than expected. It arrived by UPS. it is very heavy. 130lb for the frame. 70lbs for the mattress. My delivery driver did bring into the house for me bc it was raining the day it was delivered. I greatly appreciated that. My husband and I took it upstairs and set it up very quickly. The longest part was decided with height of legs we wanted bc we have a chihuahua with bed steps that we had to allow for. It works perfectly. It has underbed light. Quiet adjustment. The massage has 3 levels of intensity as well as several mode type to cycle thru. The massage is a little loud but nothing that is a deal breaker. I dont have to adjust my tv volume or anything like that. Its actual really soothing to be honest. Now downstairs it can be heard and might be noticeable if anyone was down there but its just me and the hubby and we go to bed together so its fine. He woke up earlier than me to go down and make coffee and said he could hear it downstairs when I turned it on. The zero gravity head and foot adjustment preset is my favorite setting. It has 2 extra memory setting button for you to set up your own settings. I can only say i am VEYOND THRILLED with this purchase. If you are thinking about it just do it. I purchased this adjustable bed and mattress set after relocating for a new job. I previously owned a Sleep Number bed, and it was more cost-effective to purchase a new bed than move my existing one. I was skeptical at first, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality and value. There was some initial confusion with delivery because the adjustable frame arrived before the mattress. Customer service advised they were in the same box together, but they were not. Thankfully, after reaching out, the mattress arrived a few days later. Once everything was set up, I was impressed with both the mattress and adjustable base. The frame operates smoothly, the mattress is comfortable, and the vibration feature is an added bonus that my Sleep Number didn't have. For the price, this set exceeded my expectations. I spent a lot of time in research before purchasing this bed. This one has more positive reviews and the negative reviews didn’t have to do with the bed and frame I was purchasing. The mattress and frame were delivered 4 days early. I would really liked to have been notified. I was able to get the mattress in easily with a dolly, however, the frame is folded in half and boxed up. It was very difficult to get into the house. Thank God I have a strong neighbor!! The ease of set up is a piece of cake. For the frame you unfold it, tip it on its side, screw in the legs at the height you want, plug it in (plug it into the wall when you don’t have it one it’s side the LED light blinks and blinked right in my eyes!), and then put it on the legs and in the position you want. The mattress is great! By the time we were done opening the plastic it was already 4 inches wide! It was 12 inches within minutes. There was still some wrinkles in the cover of the mattress so I waited 24 hours before I slept on it. The massage feature does make some noise, but it’s not so loud that it will keep you awake. It’s more like white noise, it actually makes me sleepy and I don’t have to take something to make me sleep so often! I love this set, it looks great, it functions great. I have slept with a pillow under my knees for over 20 years and with this bed I find I don’t even need the knee level raised that often! I have saved for this bed for over a year and I’m so happy with it!!! Also I’m not a bot, AI or anything else I’m a true live human being. ... show more

Gave the mattress 72 hours to fully inflat before sleeping on. After several weeks, the Queen size mattress has not fully inflated and the left hand side always makes me feel like I'm falling out of bed. Not a problem on the right side of the mattress. The Adjustable Base has a night light underneath but it only stays on for a minute and shuts off as if on a one minute timer. ... show more
