The sink is awesome and beautiful but the line that runs water the faucet was broken. Down side is you cannot just go to a store and purchase any of these parts they all special parts for this specific sink.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE 03/2026.. the water temp for some reason changes temp drastically from warm to Cold, then suddenly super hot and warm again! Including the Temp contol knob Sometimes gets super Hard to move Also the water nozzle wont stay on the spray setting anymore. (Trying to upload proof but app wont allow it).. 06/2025..Its Super Nice, It was A Hastle to Install conections, I can't find parts at the store, somehow we got it to work BUT!!, ITs leaking from the bottom AND the digital clock stopped working Before the 1st day even Ended. Received it in April, and saved it till july for a Kitchen remodel. Ease of installation: Complicated!! Ease of cleaning: Yes Size: Large Looks great: Amazing! Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because of the cup pressure washer, the Farmhouse sink and the Fountain

The media could not be loaded. got the product middle of June for kitchen remodel. Been putting it in last 3 days. First, The instructions I have don’t show my product. I’ve looked for other sources of instructions but they have several versions if you look online. I finally got the line placement in order. All the hookups are for 1/2 inch which mine is not but it’s common so it’s fair. But just know no matter what size your supplies you do not have everything you need in the box to hook this up. If your product is fine get ready to put the puzzle together. I now have it in and it is leaking from the enclosed part where the lines come out of. There’s no tightening or getting to this. The back of my sink underneath is a monstrosity of hoses and cutoffs that I’m not sure I understand anymore and it’s leaking where I have no way to fix it. I was a maintenance guy for 15 years. Never claimed to be great but I’ve put in several sinks. This is nuts. I’ll update one way or the other how customer service ends up going. I’m attaching a video showing where it’s currently at.
