It was very easy to assemble by myself, although it was heavy taking it out of the box. I had to cut the box off of it. Thank goodness for the plastic wrap as it helped me slide it out. Works great with remote! The App is another story. No luck with it, tried several times. Great value for the money!

Easy setup, and it works, with the included remote. But the MAIN reason I bought this was because it said you could control it through an app. I immediately knew I was going to have trouble, when I saw the 1.8 star rating on the app for this bed. And, of course, like all other reviews mentioned, I had the same problem. Completely unable to create an account because no matter what - it says "Wrong format of password". So, if you are buying this, and you want to be able to control this bed using an app on your phone - DON'T.

Personalmente no conocía estas camas hasta que fuimos a la tienda de colchones locales y nos mostraron todo lo que este tipo de camas puede hacer, me enamoré, pero el precio de las bases en la tienda era prohibitivo, arrededor de 3000 cada base , 2 twins XL para hacer una king of sea 6000 dólares y además los colchones, en total eran 15.000 en la tienda. Finalmente compramos los colchones en la tienda, pero las bases decidimos buscarlas en Amazon, después de ver todas las marcas que existen, hice una tabla con todos los puntos a tratar: Masaje con motor independiente para arriba y abajo Luz led de base Control remoto retro iluminado Control remoto con linterna para el pipi de la media noche. Bolsillito para guardar el control en los dos lados Doble puerta USB en los dos lados Altura ajustable Posibilidad de sincronizar las dos camas en una Diferentes niveles de intensidad de masaje Diferentes pulsos de masajes. Posibilidad de conectar las camas al celular y manejarlas desde la app (Nunca lo he usado y no lo voy a hacer por el momento). Lo único que no cumplía era que fuera almacenado y despachado por Amazon, era mi único gran miedo, que pasaría si algo no funcionaba bien y tenía de devolverlas, que pasaría si tenía que contactar directamente al distribuidor, pero decidí tomar el riesgo y compré garantía extendida para prevenir cualquier situación, y hasta el momento todo perfecto, estamos felices con nuestras camitas, de hecho para navidad fuimos a la casa de unos parientes para pasar las fiestas y yo solo pensaba en volver para ocupar mi nueva cama. La amo.

The listing is vague about this issue, however a review or two says it will work. It wont their is not enough clearance on the bottom to prevent scrubbing wires or pinching them. And thus far the return process has been difficult, I only received ONE label for two very large and heavy boxes, 102lbs a piece. I had to pay up front for the shipping on one because of the label issue. Not very happy, I think the listing should say clearly NOT FOR PLATFORMS OR SLATS

I bought a more expensive version of this base in order to use the app to control my bed. I have a small kid who is both magnetically attracted to remotes and an agent of chaos, which is only one of the reasons why the app was important to me. The app, however, doesn't work. I have an Android, and in Google Play, it appears to have a 2.8 star rating, but all visible reviews are one star, from people who could not get the app to work. There is no response whatsoever from Okin, the company that made the app for this base. For me, the snag is that it keeps telling me "Wrong format of password" for every password I have tried. And I've tried MANY. It offers no guidance whatsoever on what the right format would be. I don't think there actually is one. Ergo, the feature of being able to use a remote is a lie. And there doesn't appear to be any tech support or any recourse whatsoever. For a several hundred dollar purchase, this is unacceptable. Trying to muster the fortitude to return it, but the thing is very heavy. Don't make the same mistake I did, folks. Buy another base. Honestly, I wouldn't knowingly buy any version of a product that essentially lies about a major feature - so I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
