I like the chair, pretty comfortable (have not sit on it all day while working yet), great instructions for assembly, BUT, 2 of the holes you screw the arm rests in on both sides are on a angle which makes it difficult to screw the screws in. Took 2 others plus myself to get the screws all the way in. A annoying defect as other than that a piece of cake to assemble.

Chairs and comfort in them are so subjective, so for reference, I'm 6'1" and about 190 pounds. I recently had lumbar surgery so I'm particularly sensitive to comfort in that area. I will review each part of the chair with my thoughts. Overall, the chair is very well made, sits "cool" with the mesh, and is pretty nice quality. The one I received is all mesh, even the seat, so it will differ from what is currently being offered. Other than the seat, it looks pretty similar to the one in the listing. I tried a different chair previous to this one, and it didn't quite work for me. Close, but not quite there. The Back: The back flexes somewhat, but not as much as I'd prefer. Not a big deal, however. It is comfortable and has a good shape. I like that this one has the adjustable lumbar, and I have it all the way extended and all the way up. It is comfortable for me there, but it has plenty of adjustment for most anyone I'd think. The Armrests: The material the pads are made of is good. Not too firm, not too soft. They only adjust up and down for height. They do not adjust inward/outward, nor do the pads themselves articulate at all. They are a bit far apart for me because I like to use them to alleviate fatigue while using the keyboard and drawing tablet, but they are still usable for that. The missing features are among those that you lose with such a low price, so it's understandable. The Seat Pan: Again, I got the one with the mesh seat. It has great support, and they include a foam insert up at the "waterfall front" for additional support there. I have no complaints. The only thing I'd like to see is a pan that goes forward or backward, but again on the low price. The Piston: Not much to talk about here. It has a good adjustable range, and it works quite well. The Base: The base is very basic plastic covered steel. Not much to talk about here except that it's more than adequate to support the chair and user. The Casters: The casters are very very smooth, much smoother than the previous chair I reviewed. Nice, effortless glide. The Adjustments: The adjustments work as you'd expect. There are two locking positions, and the tension for tilt is as expected. It is a very quiet chair as well. The only other adjustments are as mentioned previously, the arm rests go up and down as well as the lumbar adjustments. All in all, a pretty solid chair with some fairly minor omissions. Given the price of this chair, it's a pretty solid contender regardless.

I have been looking and trying out chairs for some time and this one, really surprised me. I expected it to be very good but it is GREAT! It supports my back (lower back issues) and can even lean back with full head/neck support and back support at the same time and type this review. I use a trackball and rest my arm on the chair arms. It is all adjustable if you want to sit up, adjust the lumbar or the neck. I could go on and on but this is the perfect chair and I have seen a similar chair at almost twice the price so I am grateful for this one! YES!

Nice heavy duty office chair. It's very comfortable and it's heavy so not as easy to tip. I like the ergonomic design emplimentrd and I've been like the mesh versu the cushion. Sitting in it is very comfortable. The hear rest the lumbar and hand rails adjust. It operates pretty similar to the typical office chair. The side paddle to elevate the chair. Push in to lock the rocking function. The chair is quite sturdy. I like the mesh which gives some air circulation for long hours in a chair.

This chair is very comfortable, it leans back, the head rest moves too and you can ajust near the back too. It was very easy to put together with the instructions and didnt take to long. Very good quality and it looks really nice. Great for office chair and its a good size too. Not too big nor small.
