It's a great chair thats really comfy but the only complaint I have with it is that the head rest doesnt adjust up to my head but I am a 6 foot tall man so it kinda comes with the territory. The chair is awesome tho, i highly recommend it

This Marsail Ergonomic Office Chair took me a little less than an hour to assemble. It was a pretty easy process. All the screws went in all the way. It says that two people are needed to put the seat on the base, but I was able to manage to do it myself. It would have been a lot easier with help though. I'm impressed with the quality and how nice it looks. The height, head rest and lumbar support are adjustable and make this chair pretty comfortable while still having a streamlined look. It fits my 6'2" husband well. I am 5'5", and I wish it went just a little lower but my feet still touch the floor. My 5' son thinks it could use a little more padding, and it's still a little high for him without a footrest. Overall, a nice chair that will work well in our home office. ... show more

The chair is straightforward to assemble, similar to most all other office chairs. The construction seems very durable, metal used for threading instead of wood; very thick cast piece connects backrest to base. Everything went together quickly and without issue; was able to do assemble solo. The chair is able to roll on carpet, which is something I had issue with in last office chair I received. The chair does collect collect cat fur and the like in its wheels rather quickly if you roll around frequently. While the chair is quite comfortable and absorbs shock well, at 6', I am too tall for the headrest and so it becomes a shoulder-poker instead of a head-rest for me, without a way to raise or lower its height (though you can adjust the angle, but this doesn't help me). Simply not attaching the headrest is an option, though I'll likely instead give this to daughter to use. On the underside of the backrest-base connector piece, there are some cosmetic imperfections. This is fine; you'd never see it unless you went looking under the chair, but figured I'd include a picture of it in case that might bother someone else. Overall, I have no issues with the chair. It looks fine, rolls fine, feels good; I'm just a bit too tall for it, which is hardly the chair's fault. I would guess you'd want to be 5'8" or shorter for the headrest to be beneficial. ... show more

First of all this chair was easy to assemble with great instructions, and even included a pair of white gloves to avoid getting any grease on your hands while handling the various parts. The parts feel high quality and they hold together tightly with the included screws. Once built it feels sturdy and has adjustment for the head and lumbar/back area. Height adjustment is easy and the chair can raise about 4in. There is a lock for keeping the chair 'upright' and once unlocked you can tilt the chair back about 4-6in. The mesh back lets air flow and keeps me cool, the cushion is thick and soft and overall the chair is very comfortable to sit in for many hours. The original wheels are good for rolling. The chair looks great and is a good value so I will absolutely recommend the Marsail Ergonomic Office Chair!! ... show more
