Great chair for the price. Pros: The back and head support are great, and the assembly was very easy. The packaging included the necessary tool to assemble the chair, and it only took about 20 minutes to put together. Cons: The chair does not have the most comfortable cushioning, though it only becomes uncomfortable after sitting for two hours straight. Additionally, it has a very "plastic" body. The media could not be loaded. Great packaging! Instructions were easy. Best allen wrench I've ever seen in a product like this. There was a significant dent in the seeding from one of the parts... However, after a few days it " inflated" and was almost completely gone. The armrest adjustments are a highlight! The fact that they extend and are cushioned and go up and down is great! However, the actual cushioning is a bit scratchy on the elbows. My only other complaint is that the lumbar support lower back thing is very noticeable in comparison to the feeling of the mesh. As, only one part of your back is supported. It's a bit odd and hard to describe. I wish I could make the lumbar support a little bit more recessed. I've tried it at the maximum and minimum settings and moved it up and down. ... show more

I got the taller wheels that they show at the bottom as “frequently bought together” I love how comfortable the chair is. I realized that my caregiver had the lumbar support all the way up and all the way back!!! I realized that you can slide it up and down-from the back of the chair. I also realized that you turn the knob counterclockwise and you can really get it shoved in to your back. I have scoliosis, and I have it as far forward as it will go!!! (This is why I picked this chair). It is wonderful! My neighbor realize the price I paid for it and she is getting one for herself as well! This is a great chair! ... show more
