Clear instructions, cool, and comfortable. Despite being 5', I was able to put it together by myself. Since I'm short, I need a footstool, but I need one for every chair. The head rest is made for a taller person (longer torso), so I unscrewed it and leave it hanging over the chair. I can rest my head comfortably when I lean back. I like that you can adjust the height of the arms, have the chair be able to rock/lean back; and if you do screw the headrest on, you can tilt the headrest. You can also adjust the height of the chair. It's very sturdy and heavy. I had a little difficulty putting the seat onto the bottom/stand of the chair as I'm short and petite and the chair is really heavy for me. I had to flip the chair and put the bottom part on, as I couldn't lift it and see where the opening was. Still, I did put it together alone and am sitting on it right now. Bought this as a gift for my husband as his previous chair had broke. Pros: Fairly easy to put together. I did this by myself in about 40 minutes. Directions are very easy to follow. Comfortable to sit and lean back Adjustable height easy to use Con: Neck rest is not adjustable Unfortunately when my husband sits in the chair (6’0 tall) his shoulders nearly come to the top of the neck rest, hitting it awkwardly and making it uncomfortable. He can’t lay his head back at all as it just hits awkwardly. When I sit in it (5’5 tall) my neck hits perfect to rest in the neck rest. We tried to see if we could adjust this but unfortunately there is no option. We wish there was an option to adjust the neck rest higher or lower as needed for the user. ... show more

Don't get the mesh version. Legs went numb in 30 minutes of sitting. I'm 6' 190 lbs. and I can't find a comfortable spot on this thing. The sides squeeze in and but also a ridge kind of froms right under my hip flexor. It was pretty easy to put together but now I'm stuck with a chair I can't sit in because there's no way they are going to let me return this. Update: their support site has a fake "write us" button with no href link, meaning it doesn't link to anything. Super shady... Update 8/15 after a month of use. UNBEARABLE. Whoever made this never sat in the chair. I think the mesh stretched out a little but the front lip of the seat is too high and to ridged causing my legs quite a lot of pain. You can not adjust the tilt of this seat either. The company's customer support link doesn't exist either so I can't get a refund. This is a scam in my opinion ... show more

Really comfortable, I use for gaming and studying. If I am not sitting in couch, I am sitting on this because I study 7-10 hours a day. My back does not hurt ever, it leans back and forth. This is the second chair I bought from Amazon and I much prefer this one. The only question is how long it will last, will update when I need to upgrade. The arm stands also go up pretty high, so I can fit a memory foam pillow on the seat if I want a bit more cushion. Thought I switch between cushion and no cushion because it’s already quite comfortable. Easy assembly too! Good lumbar and cervical support. Adjustable for both too. ... show more

Very nice office chair for the price. My wife's chair was $330 and this chair is almost as comfortable. A lot of pieces to assemble so be ready when you receive the box of parts that vaguely resembles a chair.

Not a bad chair. Love that it has neck support. Gave it 3 stars because it’s feels rigid. Not uncomfortable just rigid wish the mesh a little more give to it. Also hard to keep it leaning back.

This Marsail office chair is a big improvement over the oversized chair I had before. I wanted a mesh seat and it feels much cooler and breathable. The sides of the seat can be a bit uncomfortable if you have a wider body type like me, but the adjustable lumbar support and headrest help balance out comfort during long sessions.
