Worst experience so far on amazon. I ordered this futon, and the box was damaged, they used vacuum bags for cushions, and a strapper to hold it all together tightly, not an issue unless you need to put it back in the small box it came in. (Which in out case we couldnt) opened everything, its smaller than a normal futon, but whatever, the legs look great in photo, total trash plastic legs in person. Hardware was thrown on to out together, way too close to the edge, screws /bracket were stripped on arrival. Leaving it uneven, decided to to return it, but you need the box, or to buy one! Good luck! they dont sell them big enough anywhere!! Including amazon. So youre stuck with it unless you want to spend 50$-200-$ on a cardboard box (no joke) amazon does not care if it arrived in a damaged box or with the product damaged itself, they can not contact manufacturer for a replacement box, send links to purchase from amazon or care that you just wasted 200$ Its bad when youre willing to spend money on a box to ship a product back and you cant even do that. ... show more

Size is exactly as stated it is the perfect SIZE for my use. Appearance is nice. Assembly was very easy. I am not convinced about its Durability over a year of use. This little loveseat is very uncomfortable to sit on. Its hard, and would NOT be comfortable to sleep on without modification. Fortunately YES the Pillow cushions have compartmental zippers, SO you can pull the crappy batting out of it and add Memory Foam chunks and Memory Foam for better comfort. AND IF you have a guest to sleep more than one night its Highly advisable to get a nice THICK Mattress Topper. Also the back rest is very short for anyone taller than 4'ft , It does NOT offer any back support at all. It offers NO Arm support rest even if you click the little sides up. IT still offers no arm reset support. its crap. The Back rest also feels flimsy, It is very very low to the floor. SO a large man has a hard time standing up after sitting in it. "i had to buy foot risers for it" so my husband could stand up off of it with less effort. This little love seat would be nice for a guest room for looks only. or Kids play room "kids don't care about comfort" I personally do not like the love seat, and wish I never bought it. The only thing I Do like about it is the length is only 66" it will have to do for now. I will be buying a much better quality loveseat / bed in the future. ... show more

This is a small futon. I neglected to measure seat depth and find it just a little too narrow. But for the money, it was worth it. Nicely made and easy to set up.

The cushions don’t hold up very well and it’s not comfortable to sit on. Although the cushions do have zippers in the back that you could add more stuffing, if you wanted to make it a little more comfortable.
