I installed these carpet tiles in my basement and I have been very happy with how they turned out. The light gray color gives the space a clean and modern look that feels much more inviting. I appreciated how easy they were to place since each tile stuck down without any mess or stress. Once they were in position they stayed put without shifting which gave me confidence in how well they would hold up. Walking on them feels comfortable and adds a warmer feel to the room compared to the bare floor I had before. I liked that I could lay them out at my own pace and adjust the layout as I went. The tiles blended together nicely and created a smooth and unified appearance. Even after moving furniture across them I did not notice any lifting or curling. They also made the room quieter which was a nice bonus I did not expect. Cleaning them has been simple since a quick wipe or vacuum gets the job done. I think they made the basement feel more finished and usable. They were a good option for a space that needed an affordable and quick improvement. I liked that I could handle the project myself without outside help. These tiles have held up well to regular use in a high traffic area. Ah my basement is so much nicer with these on the floor. My kids play down there and it's unfinished, so I just wanted something that was a little warmer, a little more comfy, and less slippery. These carpet tiles met all my expectations. The installation process was easy, and they're high enough quality that they aren't just going to rip through in a few months. If you have anything that you want to cover up, these are a great option. And if one of them gets damaged, they're SO easy to pull up and put down a new one.

The carpet tiles are easy to install and I don't even mind the crunchy sound (they were installed in my office/craft room) but the 1st time my office chair rolled over the carpet, the carpet tile separated from the adhesive backing. The backing has stayed attached to the floor so it seems be strong but the carpet itself has already peeled up and is where my chair spends 90% of it's time. I guess I will be attempting to pull these up and return them. The other downfall is while the carpet is crunchy and not soft, once the chair rolls over it, the lines in the carpet appear and it flattens the carpet down so shortly it'll all be flat with as much as I move my chair around.

These are super easy to lay. The little stickers that come with it to help peel are hard to use. We used duct tape wrapped around a finger, much easier! Pay really close attention to the arrows so they all go the same way.

Very thin, not heavy duty at all. The backing is difficult to deal off. Because they are very thin the corners can roll up if pushed on. Also because so thin they can stretch.
